I recently had an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure I had a positive visit. The quality of service was truly top-notch, and I was genuinely impressed by their attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly great experience!

Terrible! pharmacy terrible! employees terrible ! you be on hold for over 30 minutes for the pharmacist just to keep hanging up in your face always only two people working in a line. Don’t answer the phone before meal times nor after have you come up there and waste your time Always have six people working in the back and only two people in the front never a store manager is available. This by far is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. I’m taking my medications and myself up out of here. Never nobody in charge to talk to. Sincerely, frustrated with this place

Hear me out....
Maybe.... Just maybe, stop of making us call to get the refill done, when the app states that there's an action needed alert.
That when the voice machine is used to avoid the pharmacist thinking it will be a faster, easier option, then go through all the prompts just for it to still announce that it can't help and puts the call thru for a human pharmacist....
Just so we can state the obvious of needing the refill to refill, it's not necessary when there's no questions asked and the call is short since all they do is prompt the refill to go through.
Add a chat option, or a nudge in the app to alert the pharmacists who can't seem bothered to answer calls, and love to hang up multiple times, that the refill is on the red action needed and to prompt it to go through with out the need of making the short call after being hung up on 8xs.

All of the 75mg and 150mg, stop filling just one. Withdrawals are not amusing nor fun....
Sometimes it's hard to call in a refill when the app prompts that a call needs to be made.....

The worst service in the world is this pharmacy franchise and especially this location, they tell you that your medication will be ready at a specific time, you stand in line for more than 30 minutes to be told that it is not ready and that you have to wait an hour further. They don't give you any explanations other than it's not ready yet if I could give it 0 stars I would don't waste your time here

Manager closes the pharmacy early for a lunch break. The lines are always long. The technicians appear to not know what they are doing. The manager is rude, and not friendly. She doesn’t know how to provide customer service, instead she refers to the customer service phone number.

The customer service at this pharmacy is awful. I was told by my Doctor that I would receive a call from the pharmacy, telling me when my prescription was ready. Never received a call and the person in charge was extremely rude when I went to ask if my order was ready. The line to get to the pharmacy was longer than the checkout line. Horrible experience.

Seems like nobody is stocking the shelves or coolers. The soda cooler display says more cans of dr pepper coming soon. Been almost a year and I haven't seen one can in that cooler.

The pharmacy staff need to really reevaluate how they handle business here! I have never seen such a lack of customer service from a pharmacy! Especially from the own manager! I come here very often as I live in the area and every single time there is a long line. Understandable at times. But for some reason the manager at this specific pharmacy by the name of Omar is always wasting time talking about the other workers and nonsense! Technicians also in the back have all came across rude and condescending! I’ve actually witnessed the female lady in the back say mean things about another new pharmacist! Completely not okay these people need to be reprimanded at some point because I’m sure no one is saying anything!! Not to mention the lack of accuracy and sense of urgency from them! This is a pharmacy not Walmart! Get it together!

The worst service there in the pharmacy, being the only 24-hour pharmacy, terrible service, they should improve customer service in both languages. It is not possible for you to wait 1 hour for a person who speaks Spanish. Another is the wait. people who are going to leave a prescription or ask questions, the other is the poor organization of appointments, they make appointments at the time of their lunch and they still get upset because one complains and the worst thing is that we have no other option because it is the only 24-hour pharmacy around the corner.
