Pharmacy is always a problem here, but today was my worst experience. I walked up and they closed the door in my face saying they were going on break for 25 minutes. Why does everyone go on break together? Why can’t they take turns and continue to serve their customers? Horrible practice. Automated message said my script would be ready after 645. By the time they reopened and I got served it was 725 and it wasn’t even ready.

I appreciate my neighborhood Walgreens for many of my needs & the service has always been good. I have used this location since 1980 and would be lost without it. I am also lucky that this store is within walking distance for me since I don't drive. Thanks Walgreens!

I come here alot and when they aren't busy it is fine. People are nice. But when it is busy, after being on hold for 30 minutes, the phone system kicks you off and this is usually when you also have long lines. The people are great but they do need more staff for such a busy location.

Staffs at the pharmacy are very rude. They looked down on you as if you are not a human being. I could give them 0, but because of some in the store that are nice, I gave 1. That is why I changed to the one on 4040 N Cicero Avenue.

Worst place ever to get your prescription. Staff should be fired and building closed down. Despicable. Definitely believe the negative reviews.

If I could I would give NO stars. They overrode my doctors script???!!!! They did not give me my medication & I wound up in ER for 8 hours. The worst pharmacy and manager ever. The manager argued with me for almost 30 minutes even though I told her i was very sick. I filed an official complaint with Walgreens Headquarters in Deerfield. I named the people that work there. I was put in the ER for 8 hours because they wouldn’t give me medicine my Dr. (Medicine Manager) prescribed me. I hope they lose their licenses. I will keep this subject alive.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the process so much easier.
