This review pertains to all 8,603 Walgreens locations currently in operation, rather than targeting a specific store.It's evident that Walgreens, along with its parent company Boots, consistently struggles with understaffing and inadequate wages for employees. One glaring issue is the failure to provide an acceptable living wage to its workforce.The problem extends beyond mere staffing numbers; it's about the prevalent toxic culture and work environments within Walgreens stores. Sales Associates often find themselves blindsided by their actual job responsibilities, only discovering them once they're on the floor. Moreover, mid and upper management frequently expect associates to fill multiple roles, expecting them to be team players without providing adequate compensation or recognition for their efforts. This expectation of taking on multiple job functions while being labeled as a sales associate reflects a significant disparity between workload and recognition for hard work.That concludes my review for now. There are numerous other abusive practices within Walgreens that could be discussed at length. Overall, the company operates as a conglomerate that preys on people's complacency and fosters an indoctrinated sheep mentality. It's a regrettable state of affairs that speaks to the company's overarching ethos.

Came into this Walgreens for a quick stop and asked an employee under the name “nasandra” for help and right off the bat she seemed bothered and annoyed when I approached her. She was very unprofessional and had an attitude the whole time. Horrible customer service. If she doesn’t like her job that she has to let it out on customers then she should quit plain and simple. Won’t be shopping here anymore

Nasandra was very rude, gave very bad customer service, extremely unprofessional, made a racist comment where I felt offended I will not shop here again.

My physician sent my prescription to this walgreens, and for the 3rd time, they came out and told me it's out of stock, we placed an order for it. The same thing they told me the first and second time I asked, but they never placed the order. smh!!!

This is the worst Walgreen's pharmacy for prescriptions. I asked the pharmacy technician if my child's medication was processed through insurance, and she said no health plan covers a spacer. My insurance immediately contacted this Walgreens, and said oh wow is cover we are sorry.

They seriously need to get more staff at the pharmacy. Wait times on the phone to get a hold of someone are almost always 25 mins+ (assuming anyone answers at all). Lines in the store are always long, just simple understaffing going on for over a year at this point.

Dropped of a prescription for my mom and said was told it would be ready at 8. I go through the drive through at 8:45. They ask me to come inside to find out the lady who took the script never filed it and I had to show them where it was (I don’t recall working here). Told me it wouldn’t be ready till tomorrow and I said no my mom is in a ton of pain and it was supposed to be ready an hour ago. They get going on it but the pharmacy is about to close and nothing. Worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy ever.

I really don't get it that why reviews are negative.when I went for shopping for to get prescription for my Mom. I had no wait time from pharmacy and I bought cookies and candy etc. When I went to the cashier, very welcoming service.Front desk have fully knowledge about outstanding service. I am very happy that Ishaq is very well professional.He knows how to run the store being manager. I recommend to visit that store

Called Rx in Saturday, they told me it would be ready Monday. Went Tuesday and waited in line 30 minutes only to find out it wasn't ready, they said it would be filled next day. It's Wednesday late and still not ready. I will be out of pills after tomorrow. Now I'm scrambling to get Rx at another pharmacy bc I cannot trust what Walgreens says and cannot afford to wait. Nice staff, but unable to help me get my meds in time.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been coming here for a few years now. First of all, the place is unkempt and dirty. Not enough staff at the pharmacy and very very long lines at the pharmacy inside and at the drive-through. Wait time to have someone pick up the phone in the pharmacy can be over 15 minutes. We went to get my daughters covid shot and they made us wait over 20 mis to get it. We have decided we are going to move our prescriptions elswhere.

So slow! The pharmacy did not put my prescription through insurance as they usually do. My fault for not realizing until after I paid, but then had to run through insurance and then refund me. The refund process took them over 40 minutes. My apologies to the people in line behind me. Train employees so they can do the job rather than having to wait for a manager.

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. No organization, no communication, no follow through. Even though I live within walking distance of the store, I'm switching to a pharmacy that's farther away.
