The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I come to the drive up, there’s an issue, I have to wait sooooo long, and they’re so rude. Like I’m an inconvenience. If you’re the pharmacist at this location you should be ashamed of your staff. FY

Very disappointed with this Walgreens location. I went in to buy six bags of chocolate for Teacher Appreciation Week because they were advertised as Buy One, Get One 50% Off at $6.79 per bag. When I got home and checked the receipt, I realized I was charged $7.99 — not the advertised price.
I went back to the store with my receipt and showed the cashier, who agreed I had been overcharged. She called over the shift lead, Natasha. Natasha also admitted I was overcharged, but instead of simply refunding me the difference, she insisted I had to bring the chocolate back in person to get a refund — even though I had the receipt and they acknowledged the mistake.
Worse yet, she immediately removed the price tag from the shelf and destroyed it right in front of me, like she was trying to cover it up. I explained I couldn’t come back again and that they should do a price adjustment based on my receipt. Natasha said she would call her manager, then disappeared for 20 minutes without any follow-up.
Unprofessional and frustrating experience. Be sure to double-check your receipts if you shop here — and don’t count on them to fix their pricing errors without making it difficult for you.

The horrible customer service of this pharmacy is incredible and read all the comments that I see that they care little or nothing! Please, one does not ask for a favor! I think these people have a salary to attend and not treat the client badly, they left me waiting for the pills in self -service and only left me for 20 minutes without giving me an explanation.👎🏼

The decline on customer service is real. Store management doesn’t care about helping fix issues and come up with a solution. Michelle the “manager” has no empathy. I had a $15 enfamil manufacturer coupon for baby formula for my newborn and she refused to accept it. I chose Walgreens because I was former employee of over 5 years and know how quick the process can be to shop and how knowledgeable the employees can be but Michelle didn’t seem to be educated on processing this sort of thing. I could’ve gone to jewel, or target across the street but chose Walgreens due to the convenience. No wonder Walgreens loses customers on the daily. She needs some PPL’s for customer service, empathy, and processing coupons, etc. in the system. It’s embarrassing I’m even writing a review but she chose her own destiny the day I visited and could’ve just been more professional and leave her attitude or personal behavior at home, given an apology she couldn’t process it and acknowledge that I said thank you or have a good day without her reciprocating those actions. She was a ghost but not when she wanted to run her mouth. No accountability, I hope your district manager sees this and does something to improve the experience of a future new mom post partum.

Can’t wait to switch pharmacy’s!!!!!!!! I’ve called 4 times trying to refill my prescription…. They tell me every single time “oh. You haven’t picked up?” Uh, no. Because EVERY SINGLE TIME they tell me they have to order it. How can I pick up when it’s being ordered and never in. Get some new people working there! I need my medication!

Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. They shut the shutters in my face when they could have just told me they were taking their break. Is it new policy now that every pharmacist takes their break at the same time? It is not posted anywhere in the store. I would recommend taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

An average Walgreens but pharmacy staff is often overwhelmed, impatient and rude (Walgreens please give this store more resources)

I waited in like for 25 mins just for it to be my turn and the pharmacist say they are closed for break from 6:45pm until 7:15pm. Then another pharmacist states it’s until 7:30pm now! No sign around stating they take break at 6:45pm at night. Very unprofessional and unacceptable! They could’ve gave everyone a heads up that was standing in line that they were taking their break after that last customer! Went outside to my car and seen a line of 5 cars waiting as well! It’s understandable that they have to take a break but it should say it somewhere instead of wasting customers time!

I am aware that covid-19 self test kits are non refundable, but that was no thanks to Walgreens' employees or store receipts. I only became aware of this when trying to return one after I found out by myself that these are covered by nearly all insurances. This particular Walgreens location is performing their neighborhood a huge economic and health disservice by not letting customers know that the tests are excluded from the 30-day return refund policy and that insurance can cover them as well. While checking out, I was never asked for insurance as an option to pay for them. What's more, in the receipt, there is absolutely no mention of its exclusion. Also, it even goes as far as providing the return value for the covid 19 rapid test within the itemized receipt. The main pharmacist Rushdi Alul acknowledged all this and said she could not do anything due to store policy, a policy which is not made known to the customer at any point of the transaction. She then without my consent, ran my insurance and gave me 8 covid tests as if this were to compensate for their lack of transparency. So instead of refunding me they went ahead and cashed in on 8 more covid tests. The 8 additional tests are not free as they want to make it seem since my insurance are paying for them. When further pressed for a refund due to the receipt not mentioning anything about the return exclusion, she told me to contact the store manager until Monday if I wanted to pursue a refund.Luckily, I am able to afford this test kit but am afraid of the people who can not and are unaware that their insurance policy covers it. As the country's largest pharmacy chain, I believe it is their civic duty to inform their customers about insurance as a payment option when available. Especially when it is in regards to test kits, which are vital for controlling covid outbreaks and keeping communities safe and healthy.

This is for the Assistant store manager and pharmacist they were awesome. Pharmacy tech on the other hand needs some training on costumer service. I will be going to another pharmacy. I been over charged on medicine twice and have been getting skimp dosage.

I went to 3 immediate care centers to have someone check my cold. By the time I got to Walgreens on Cumberland it was after 9. The clerk said they were out of one of the medicines she said they had it on Montrose and Central. I took the 3 prescriptions I had and headed toward Montrose and Central. I handed the young girl the prescriptions and she said come back in the morning. I was really getting sick by then I asked is there anyway I can get anyone of them. 10 minutes later the pharmacist came back with the 3 prescriptions explained everything in detail and was my hero. What a caring nice man. He deserves a raise thank you so much I slept all night and feeling much better today
