Picked up my prescription through The drive-through and the person who took care of me, had an attitude problem. Needs to be retrained. Maybe she doesn’t like her job. I will let The corporate office handle her.

Walgreens saves phone numbers but not purchases related to phone numbers. cannot search purchase history.
no parking due to people living across alley in lot.

My Walgreens usually has whatever products I need except sometimes with a buy one get one free there's only one on the shelves. When I ask an employee I'm told that's all that was on the delivery truck.

Worst ever they don't have nothing in stock ever they don't have variety there service sucks they are gossip people they don't pay attention to there work I am a real reviewer and online personality known the only thing good is the pharmacy they have good service they just the best but other in the store lazy they need more workers more organization more stuff and to always have in stock and also ad more stuff for diabetics and more variety of everything and fast workers and that help people quickly and nice this terrible they should not get paid the do not do there job the pharmacy yes there angels and they don't add ur points or cash back for Walgreens rewards I go here every week always not in stock there they got people working that can't see the screen wen they work and they ignore customers and elderly people fix it I love Walgreens this is making yous loose money

Staff is helpful and professional. Items are often well stocked. When the front counter starts to get busy, a second employee opens the second register. Marnee (pharmacist) and her team are efficient and do their best to fill prescriptions on time for pick up. My antibiotics for my bronchitis were filled within the hour after speaking with Marnee, when I informed her that I wasn't feeling well. Marnee has been the pharmacist at this location for years and has always been reliable! Most of the staff have been long time employees at this location and are available if assistance is needed.

Just made a purchase I did 2 dorma of payment 3.85 via card and a $20 cash total purchase about 16.15 cash back 3 dollars doing the math with my electronic rexipt and the change I received is nkt the correct one , granted the employee could have been frusted with my choices of payment however no excuse to give wrong change. Total given to store $23.85 cents on a purchase of $16.05 , I'll stick to picking up my prescriptions only

Ordered an item online and went to pick it up hours later for curbside and still no one came out to give me my order. Had to go inside to grab it myself. Don’t bother ordering for pickup. Clearly management is terrible at this location. If you guys need someone better to manage the location then let me know, I’d be glad to turn this place around.

I went there to go get the coffee they had on sale. I asked a lady to go check if they had it in the back and she just replied that the truck came in and they are still unloading it. I used to work retail so i understand how it works and im puzzled they would not go check in the back if the truck is already here. Seems like they were just being lazy. Anyway, i ended up driving to another Walgreens and they had it in stock no problem.

There’s a serios problem when the register person does not want to put things in the bag and just looks at you . This location does not need to exist there two other Walgreens’s with in 10-15 min distance . The store is dirty the parking lot is full of vagabonds, not a safe place

The girl at the pharmacy during this time, has some serious douchey behavior. Poor customer service. If you dislike your job, do us a favor and quite. What a shame. The other girl during the week in the evening is so sweet. Now I know when to pick up my medication. However, I will go up there during the same time as today so that I can get her name. Other than that, I don't have many problems at this walgreens. The cashiers at the front are always nice and maybe can train pharmacy girl on proper behavior. Have a lovely day.

Today I decided to use their curbside pick up. I sent a text message to let them know when I was five minutes away and to let them know when I arrived. Because the app asked me to do so .. Upon arrival I checked in ,to let them know that I was here. I sat in my car for over 35 minutes I decided to walk inside to look for my items. My item was right in plain sight in the Photo department. No one knew I was outside and no one was going to come outside to bring me I Items. I am so unhappy with this curbside pick up it was my first time and I don’t think I will ever try it again sorry Walgreen’s have to do a better job. Making sure your customers our service when we are told to follow the links that you provide make sure that the employees follow procedure as well.. The Biggest Thumbs down I could give zero stars if I could

I made an appointment for my second Covid booster shot at Walgreens on Tuesday. I got a confirmation text and a confirmation email that my appointment was confirmed for the next day. I walked to Walgreens and was on time for my appointment. When I got there I was told that they were out of stock for boosters. No one called me to let me know ahead of time so I wasted Time for a shot that they didn't have in stock. I emailed them to tell them that it was a bad idea to make appointments for shots that they don't have in stock. I have never heard back from them.
