I had a 2pm appointment for a vaccine shot. I showed up early and checked in. By 2:15pm they had still not called me. I checked in again and they said they would call me soon. By 2:30pm I had still not been called for the shot and no one communicated what the delay was or how much longer I would have to wait.
I left at 2:30pm and no one ever called or texted me to let me know they were ready for me or to followup and apologize. Nothing.
Do not schedule a vaccine appointment here.

One guy was on the register in the photo department helping out a customer, they were two other workers on the floor chatting instead of helping the guy out I went up to the two workers telling them if they could of help out because there coworker was helping someone else the guy call him through the Mic instead of helping him out they proceeded continue with there chat unacceptable if you coming to work just to get at someone go home!!( it was a women red shirt and guy blue shirt)

Calling is never an option they never picked up ! Pharmacy needs more people to help with all the work they got. I don’t have anything bad to say to those who work but man they must be busy to almost never answer . I do have my opportunities where I get the service going but a whole day and nobody to pick up is insane.

they are open they got such a bad score they lie pretending to be temporally closed. So, as I am the only one who bought the magic packs after 4 days of buying a couple packs a day, they put it behind a glass shield with saying Yeah people have been stealing... well I know for a fact no one has stolen because the pack amount is the same as the last day I went a bought 2 packs. So, I stole with paying? complete discrimination. I am the only person buying and they have nerve to tell me to my face I don't care if it's behind a locked case or not. The fact that I have been the only one even buying anything from those products just made me feel like I am being accused of thief for content for reasons of people acting like they even do any work. I am not your scapegoat.

Overall store is really nice and well organized however the pharmacy section needs some customer service classes. The pharmacist assistant named Natalie is extremely rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. She avoids helping customers even though that is her job and when she does has an extremely rude attitude. As she represents Walgreens she is making this location look very bad.

Worst pharmacy staff ever. Nobody ever answers the phone. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes, nobody has even answer to say please hold or acknowledge someone is on the phone. Then you show up to pick up medicine sent in by a doctor and it's not ready. People can't wait for important medicine 2 to 3hrs and show up not to be ready no excuse.

This was an online purchase for specified store pickup. As a free of charge Walgreens member with benefits and additional discount for store pickup, a careful shopper for sale items can get a decent overall haul. The only drawback is the inaccurate availability of some items after placing the order.

Im gonna change to a walgreens that literally a mile further because the service here is abysmal. I shouldn't have to go 4 times to get one stupid prescription.

I've been on hold all day trying to reach the pharmacy. No answer. I called the store and spoke with someone about the situation, waited on hold (again), and then they hung up on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The absolute useless pharmacy location. I filled a prescription and instead of 90 pills they only had 5. I am calling all day for them to transfer this prescription somewhere else because I can’t skip these pills, all day, on hold and keep calling back and no one answers. Useless
