The PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT A ALL TIME HIGH DISAPPOINTMENT. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH YOU SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS! AND THIS STORE HAS YET BEEN INVESTIGATED ON BY THE REVIEWS NOR HAS NOTHING BEEN DONE EVERYTIME I COME IN THIS STORE ITS A DISAPPOINTMENT I NOW TAKE MY SERVICE TO THE SUBURBAN AREA WHERE I KNOW I WILL GET GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS ONE OF THE STORES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED DOWN. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY SERVICE AGAIN !!! AND WHY DID I HAVE TO GIVE EVEN ONE STAR ITS THE EMPLOYEES RATHER NOT THE STORE

It's very difficult to get your prescription on time. I have to go back 2 or 3 times a month to get 1 prescription filled

The pharmacy team have to better. That team will argue back and forth instead of explaining. I have never felt so unsafe waiting for a prescription with this new check in system. Prescription was ready yesterday and I still have to wait for 30 minutes and 2 arguments. Between customers and the man pharmacists and the two other pharmacist arguing with the customer. It was unnecessary. Then they talked about her when she left loud & wrong. Just unprofessional. I wish I could leave no stars. Just horrible. It’s probably safer to go through the drive thru.

This is one of the only Walgreens in the neighborhood and I do understand that they are most likely getting swamped because of that but the customer service has to be better. I called the pharmacy a total of 3 or 4 times this week before I got an answer to my call to inquire about my coverage and prescriptions. One time I got put on a long hold just to get hung up on and couldn’t get an answer again. Called today just to try and get clarity on what may be the issue since I checked on my end and was told everything should be fine just to get a impatient pharmacist on the line who has the audacity to have a disposition as if he’s the customer who’s been trying to get a issue resolved and questions answered which only further aggravated me! At this point continue to use this pharmacy out of convenience or just go ahead and try cvs across the street. You’re rolling the dice because the service Is different every encounter. 🤷🏽♀️

This location is not good for this community. Whatsoever This location has younger people working. So they have lack of knowledge on a lot of things, mostly attitudes. It's a lot of services that stop on certain days and certain times such as loading day, debit cards or prepaid cards. Being of the location Anne, the violence in the area. This is crazy because our communities suffer the worse when it comes to essential stores. Okay, and needing things. The manager of this location should be embarrassed to call theirself a manager of any establishment because they do not Keep this place up to part. This is so tragic in this community, because it's a lot of seniors in this area and a lot of families that come to this store

There is a strange feeling that this Walgreens may be closing. Sparse shelves and loads of empty bins line the aisles. I love my neighborhood and don’t want Walgreens to abandon us.

There was a time that this location was friendly, and very helpful. The closure of other neighborhood locations ruined this location. The pharmacy is overwhelmed and it shows in their communication, wait time, and disregard of the stated closing and opening times posted on the app.
Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves for closing so many stores and leaving this location to deal with the backlash.

This site is very convenient for the area and surrounding communities. It needs to be expanded and improved to better aid the patrons. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT AN HOUR PLUS in the drive-thru to pick up meds.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. Rude technicians don’t answer physicians calls and poor customer service and communication. SHUT THEM
DOWN NOW! Whoever worked today should be FIRED immediately! So glad I am not from around here.
