This Pharmacy has the most untrained & incompetent staff I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. You will be waiting on the phone for almost an hour cause all they do is pick up & immediately put you back on hold & that’s after you waited 20-30 minutes upon first calling. The phone will ring for about 2-3 minutes when it’s your turn before they pick up and put you on hold, not to speak to you, simply put you back on hold & the process repeats itself. This store hire anyone despite them not having much knowledge on how to do the jobs they applied for, I believe this place needs to be shut down immediately or current staff replaced with ACTUAL KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONALS. It seems as if they went on the street and said “You get a job, you get a job.”

Absolutely TERRIBLE. You got an entire staff that don’t know how to work photos completely incompetent! The line be having 19 people in it with one cashier and they whole staff on the floor stocking . The cashier be in full panic mode asking for help the staff be rolling they eyes RUDE . Whole staff

I'd give negative status if it allowed. This location is disgusting. I hate to come here to get my prescription. Customer service is awful and they are soooo slow !!! Management needs to do a better job managing this location. It's the worst ever!!! I hope this Walgreens closes and maybe you all will learn to be better when looking for a new job.

One of the worst Walgreens in Chicago. There’s never a night manager. Their employees aren’t trained to handle anything that is past minor duties. They don’t even know how to put money on a gift card. They also advertise their items for the wrong price, so when you go to the register you’re being charged more than the price the item is advertised as.

I would give negative stars if that would have been an option. This Walgreens in particular the pharmacy is so poorly managed. The pharmacist and the staff is very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I’m sad that this Walgreens is still open especially since it serves the neighborhood so poorly. The store itself is barely stocked, so I can see why it is losing customers. I have filed multiple complaints with Walgreens Corporate Office in regards to this Walgreens location.
Even my doctors office has been frustrated communicating with the pharmacy staff. The staff is either incompetent or poorly trained. The pharmacists are not better equipped either.

The store was opened at exactly 6am. The associate Isaiah was very friendly and polite especially with it being that early. I went to buy laundry soap and he let me know what was on sale helping me save a few coins. Really appreciate that.

slowest pharmacy in the chicago land area, either they’re understaffed or they’re all moving in slow motion, never no in between. i’ve never spent less than 15 mins in the pharmacy line. whether it be 1 person, 5, or just me. it’s ALWAYS EXTREMELY SLOW.
