Unfortunately, I’ve never had a positive experience at this Walgreens. The individuals working the counter move at the speed of snails, not to mention they don’t return on time after their meal breaks, further increasing the waiting period for patients/customers. I tried to use the delivery system in order to avoid coming to this Walgreens and they ship via uber..? How can people pick up these uber deliveries if they’re not home? Ridiculous system.

The pharmacy team was working incredibly hard, and it was clear how busy they were. One employee in particular stood out for going above and beyond. Even though I had already spoken with someone else when I first arrived, he noticed that I had been waiting for a while (about 45 minutes) and took the initiative to check in with me.
He tracked down both of my prescriptions, one that was buried in a basket and another at the very bottom of the order stack, and made sure everything was filled so I could be on my way. On top of that, he kept an eye on vaccine appointments to make sure patients were being seen in a timely manner.
His attentiveness and effort truly made a difference in what could have been a frustrating experience. Employees like him are what make Walgreens great. I only wish I had caught his name. 10/10 service!

A tall, huge black cashier with a round hairstyle. He's always making fun of me and my daughter. Today was the last straw when my daughter called me in tears and said that when she approached him, he made faces and acted like he didn't like her. This is the closest pharmacy we go to, and I want your cashier to be fired as soon as possible. He doesn't say hello, rolls his eyes, smirks, and makes faces every time we approach him.

Rude employees. Homeless everywhere. Had a wine bottle thrown at customers last week but was just asked to leave the store with my service animal a moment ago. I hope they tear this place down.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Walgreens, which speaks volumes about the lack of leadership from the store manager, district manager, and those above them.
I went in looking for a product for my daughter and asked an employee named Ron for help. His attitude was completely unprofessional dismissive, rude, and as if I owed him something just for asking a question. Our brief exchange was frustrating and unpleasant.
When customers come to Walgreens especially for important items like medications they deserve to be treated with respect and compassion. Employees should understand they are there to help, not to make the experience more difficult.
This visit left a very negative impression, and I sincerely hope Walgreens leadership takes this kind of feedback seriously. Respectful, helpful customer service should be a basic standard.

I have found the pharmacy staff at the 1601 Wells St location to be very helpful & patient.Taylor, at the register, is on top of the refill needs. Elliot, the pharmacist, is experienced and knowledgeable and understands the insurance coverable complications!

Currently waiting 40 minutes for a medication I was told was ready 3 hours ago . Four techs on staff with no capability of putting tablets in a dram . At this point it’d be faster if I filled it myself

Okay.. this Pharmacist was the nicest and most efficient pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with! Usually on a Monday after work it's chaos in the Pharmacy section- no ones fault but there are just so many guests coming in at one time. This woman, Zionna, working Monday 12/16 was so incredible! She was manning multiple cash registers and multiple customers all at once .. and with a smile on her face! She made no mistakes, and was so quick to help everyone out with all of their individual issues and needs. She was so thoughtful, yet quick AND efficient. I had to look at her name before I left because I felt like she needed some recognition. I've had not so great experiences in the Photo department with the man with a few dreads, so I honestly try not to go to this Walgreens if I can avoid it. But Zionna has completely changed that- she needs some recognition because it was so well deserved!

Horrible service and no one helps you. Went in to get my same day pick up order and the button is broken where you’re supposed to pick-up, the cashier told me she doesn’t do that and to go to photo - I told her no one was there and she said (to no one standing there) customer service needed in photo. Didn’t call for any help, nothing, spoke to no one and told me to get out of the way. I had to walk around to find a manager who then messed up my order by checking it out without giving me my medications and I had to be there for over 50 minutes just so they could resolve. Absolutely ridiculous- they then accused me of not paying for my medications WHEN I HAVE AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT. The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had in my life - the place is understaffed and they shouldn’t be offering services like that when they cannot fulfill.

Worst experience ever. As I’m here with a couple of friends trying to buy necesites, we were browsing through the lenses section. Sure we were trying them out, but that’s not a crime. As we’re trying them on, we overhear an employee talking, out of respect, mad shit with another costumer, ABOUT US! I ain’t having that. Then as we’re leaving from the disrespect, we get stopped by another worker (he was actually nice and cooperative, just helps explaining the story) about us stealing something from the store. We were willing to comply but the worker who was talking bad about us said otherwise. So with the disrespect and the violation of my fourth amendment rights, how do I leave knowing other costumers could get the same treatment?
