Would rate it negative if I could. Been trying not to be judgmental but 8 years of this is enough. one of the worse pharmacies I've ever dealt with. Their app and text features are useless and constantly give you bad info. Meds are rarely ready on time or correct.

maribelle was awesome at the pharmacy, she always goes above and beyond. amazing people like this don't come around to often and they need to get recognized as well as appreciated. she needs a raise as she is an asset to that field of work. job well done good things will go your way you keep that up...

The employees are always standing around and not helpful and the store manager doesn't seem to care about the customers complaints cause she has an horrible attitude...only reason it gets 1 Star is due to a few good employees (Maria,April,Angie) who actually work their and care about the customers

The pharmacy section customer service is awful. The worker was so rude and so slow. I dropped my prescription at 2:30, they told me it will be ready at 4:00. I arrive at 4:00 to find out that they skipped my order and haven't processed it, they told me right on the spot it would be ready in 20 mins. After 40 mins of waiting, I'm finally ready to check out. Then she said my insurance didn't cover my pills I said it's fine I'll pay for it in full and the worker kept telling me are you sure? The medication is expensive and I had to repeatedly tell her yes it's fine I will pay for it. Don't come here and waste your time

This is one of the worse Walgreens I've been to. Always understaffed. Never has what you need (ie paper plates, coffee filters, soda water...to name a few). You are much better off going to the CVS on Addison/Central.
