Bad service, the store closes at 10:00 pm ,
but everyday its 9:30 pm and the security person doesn't allow to enter more costumers.

ordered for delivery from this walmart after 2 conversations over the span of three days my order was still never delivered and i couldn’t even get the over 200$ i spent in groceries back this is more than ridiculous. but i was to go steal 200 worth of things i’d be in jail

Delayed pick up gone wrong. I order pick up so it will be ready when i need it ready & i pick it up & GO! I called for 20 minutes while sitting in the parking lot & no one answered the phone. Came inside & waited in line another 10+ minutes before someone came to help the line. Employees are standing around talking & not moving merchandise. The employee that came to the customer service line came up with a to go tray of food.

When I enter the store the employee that was supposed to gather all the buggies and put them where they were supposed to go. He gone to lunch and no one was ,their to step in it was at least 7 elderly ladies standing at the door waiting. On buggies so I gather 6 buddies for the ladies Then on the way out with my merchandise. The lady at the cashier named Monique gets on Her phone and start handling her personal business so I asked her could she get off the phone? Because we are doing the transaction and she's not pushing the button when it's time the screen says wait for cashier Monquie says I'll try to make sure my son go to work. If he's old enough to go to work, he old enough to get up on his own mother dear. she started screaming yelling unprofessional, to the top of her lungs talking all the way until I literally stop and got a manager and me and the manager stood there and listen to Her. Tell the next customer everything . She went through with me far as me asking her about her getting off the phone. This is a very unprofessional Walmart. because if she do this all of them do it. All they want to do is fright and have attitudes at their job. They need some conflict management and professionalism classes, they need to be able to pass the class. By this summer, when we start seeing hispanics up in there, we'll know why.

Walmart Neighborhood store is convenient, always sales, markdowns, Fresh food and now they sale liquor. Walmart market store cooked food such as baked and fried chicken.

The cashiers in this place are racist, they look at me because I'm Latina and they don't want to charge me. ironic that the people who have suffered the most racism are the most racist
