Beautiful buildings! Went inside and it was like the smallest library ever haha and also a theater and a public water facility. Super interesting...also very cool drinking fountain outside.

Danielle, the manager, was amazing. She quickly figured how what would look best on me. I ended up buying a beautiful pair of jeans & a unique belt.I wore it tonight & loved the light, comfortable feel. They look great on me!Ty Danielle!

Loved this mall. The cafes serve delicious brews and mouthwatering pastries, while the restaurants cater to all tastes with their delectable cuisines. The hotels provide comfortable accommodations. A must visit place for a delightful experience.

It was a nice mall. Not that many stores but there were two more malls in the area in walking distance to find the items your looking for. Mall was safe and clean. Since they open at 12 on Sunday there was a line of people that formed to get in to shop or work. I did fine something to buy and might have to go back if I am in the area again

Water Tower Place is a good shopping complex on N. Michigan Ave. named after the historic Water Tower located just across the street. They have a fair range of retail shops and eateries as well as the Chicago Sports Museum on the 8th floor.

Fantastic mall! I love swinging by if I'm ever passing by or in the area. There are many great stores such as Adidas, forever 21, the Lego store, etc. The mall and all the stores are also always clean and we'll kept. The staff at all the stores and just in the mall itself are always great. Definitely worth a stop.

Hello,We were in your main entrance area near “wow bao” in Chicago, Illinois on 4/30/23 at around 2:30 pm. The main security guard stationed by the escalators with short, shaved hair was EXTREMELY rude. My son had a meltdown and was crying. We were trying to soothe him and he was only crying for a couple minutes. Everyone around us did not seem to mind, even the other guard with longer hair was trying to help us with our son. The area was very loud already. I walked away for a few seconds and could barely hear him crying so it was not disturbing anyone, only this security guard with short hair. He was EXTREMELY rude about the situation. Told us we needed to leave. He tried to boot us to the streets for a crying baby. A totally normal thing for people to hear and for a baby. Our son eventually stopped as we knew he would and was fine but the way this man reacted and treated us was poor. He spent the rest of the time talking under his breath about us and giving us mean glares. We felt extremely unwelcome at water tower place because of him. We eventually left even though we planned on spending our entire day there. We don’t even want to go back for the rest of our trip because of this gentlemen. It makes us so sad that we were treated that way while we were trying to care for our son as parents who are doing everything we can to soothe him. And like I mentioned. He was not very loud at all and no one around us seemed to mind at all. I read the code of conduct and not anywhere does it say he can boot us over a crying baby which he was only crying for a few minutes.

Loved this mall more than the 900 N Michigan shops mall across the street. We parked in the 900 N Michigan shops garage though, and since we validated the parking ticket from one of the shops there, it was only 10$ for 3 hours. This mall is a total of 7 floors, lots of options for food and shopping! There are Adidas and Nike stores here which i like. Loved the pretzels from Auntie Annes. Chicago Sports Museum on the top most floor. The lego shop of floor 2 looked busy.

We did the Harry Potter experience, ate at Harry Carey's, then visited the American Girl store. Great place, nice to see a busy shopping mall.

The mall is not as big as I though but it is easy to navigate around. We visited in December so the Christmas decorations were in place. They were very beautiful. There are a lot of trendy stuff.

There are so many businesses inside the Water Tower, such as my dentist. If I am early for my appointment, I walk around inside. If I am on time, I walk around after. Love the Sprinkle's ATM, so cool and easy to use.

We've been shopping here for many years. We have a lot of great memories of our kids at the American Girl and Lego stores. While they are still open, many stores have closed, moved, or have a new tenant with stuff that is not desirable for us. Unfortunately this location is slowly going under and will not be visiting as often going forward.
