Great service, friendly staff & delicious Biggie Bags. Only disappointments were that the rewards app reader in restaurant was not working, so no discounts, promos or rewards were available to redeem. They were out of Frosties, mind that I hav the Frosty key chain. No carrying containers for drinks either. Besides that I still experienced Dave's finest. Don't worry I will b back. Mostly for the Frosties...

Today the Bacon & egg's on Swiss croissant was magnificent but the coffee was burnt overall you have to go north I've been seeing to get a meal with better care done to it. IF you want your restaurant to do well, have your employees put better care in making the food,( No one wants a biscuit that falls apart at the touch or Cold French fries ? okay ?✌️??

no wet floor signs huge puddle in entry way. no parking so waited 10 minutes in drive thru for order just for them to tell me to come inside. so i had to park in handicap parking. very slow business and not picking up from this wendys again.

I paid for soft drinks, but I was very disgusted when I saw the soft drink vending machine that had hair and a lot of mold. I think I should have asked for my money back, but I got angry and it was better to get out of there, it was $45 dollars lost because I threw all the food in the trash. The manager had dirty clothes. This restaurant is dirty. If they go there they will get sick. Please look at the photos.Parking: Good parking Lot

I ordered tonight through the drive thru and asked the young lady twice she told me everything is in the bag. I trusted her word and she lie to me. Enough is enough Wendy's really has to do something about this Wendy's on Pulaski and Montrose their always a problem at the drive thru with shorting people food.Warning before leaving this Wendy's drive thru double check your food. They hire a bunch of kids and people that don't give a care about you or customer satisfaction.

So I generally leave transparent reviews and try to be positive as much as possible-- in this case, I'm unable to. The service was terrible. I decided to grab a snack for the kids because I was sick and not up to making something for them at the moment. So what should have been a quick drive through visit for a few items, turned out to be a frustrating experience. The young man taking my order was flat out rude.I could go into detail, but I'll spare you the bore.I likely will avoid going here in a pinch in the future. Major let down!
