I scheduled to get a detail of my business car from here and they did a phenomenal job! Bibi is a great guy! Customer service is great! The time he took to clean every detail was definitely seen throughout the car! The owner even took time to make sure I was satisfied with the services received.

So glad I found this shop!After being carjacked, my truck was recovered and sitting in the impound with the windows partially opened, accumulating so much dust. I wish I had taken before pictures to share, but I must say that West Details did such an amazing job with the detailing on my truck! The driver’s side had some damage, and after their magic, it’s hardly even noticeable!The service made the drive from the south side well worth it! We will be back for sure!!!

If time online says 7pm closing time then 7 pm is when you take the last car. I get there at 645, they waive a towel and a bunch of fingers saying "we are closed". If you are taking the last car at 630 then you are closed at 630. I just waisted my break time from work trying to get here.

The best!!! They really try and get every detail when washing you car. Usually when a person wants to create a review it’s because of a bad experience but if they want to create a review because of a good one, that means a job well done.

I've been coming here even with my old car, and this team never lets me down. They always make sure my car looks brand new. I know the one thing is when it does get busy they tend to forget to clean some areas or even leave some marks on my windshield, but other than that, a really clean job. I will never have any other place clean my car it always has to be West Details LLC they made my dirty car shine again!!Will continue to come back here :)
