I called this company to unlock my semi. I must admit he showed up at a fast response time, after that completely unprofessional, and bias to another race. Expected to get payment with service. I expressed my wallet is in the vehicle. How can I pay without wallet, he ask for cash, I said that to is also in the vehicle. Wouldn’t be wise to go with these guys.

Employee took $40 out of my bank account without verbal or written permission, claiming it was a down payment. I called the police to get a police report and he told them the same thing. I called the finance company the next day and they said it was an application fee. I will be pursuing the matter the legal system
