Service sucks. I brought it to them because I wanted Nissan to be the only people to touch my car and I made the worse decision taking it there. Nothing but uneducated, lazy, know it all men. My car needed mechanical work and when I got it back it still made popping sounds and they said it might be my hood which my hood had nothing to do with the work they were doing. They made my issue about the hood which I truly believe they switched it out, or sold it to me that way. I’ve had 2 mechanics tell me the hood on my car isn’t for my car. They won’t listen or fix the problem.manager is on a power trip and I’m not exactly sure why, he’s literally working a 9-5 with no knowledge of his job. He needs to go back to school and then come and teach his mechanics a few things. They refused to revise their work so now I had to take my car elsewhere so they can revise the terrible work Nissan did.

I had my car door serviced by Western Ave Nissan. They told me it would take a few hours. I mentioned that my mom was in the hospital. They arranged to have a porter drive me back to the hospital so that I could sit with her and then picked me up after my car was ready. So gracious and considerate! Thank you Mike and the entire service department!! You guys are awesome.

I'm blessed to have had Melvin Ealey guide me through my entire car buying experience-- without a doubt, he's one of a kind!! First and foremost, as soon as I entered into the dealership, his personality alone sealed the deal. Customer service satisfaction for him is astronomical!! He treats you like family, which many salespeople lack in ability to do. From beginning to end, we shared laughter and knowledge, which made the car buying process easier and more comfortable. He went the extra EXTRA mile to be able to work with my credit and my down payment. Clearly, sales is his expertise, and I am happy to have given him the opportunity to lead. THANK YOU MELVIN!!!

Me, my mom and dad came in to get a used car that we had seen online. We were greeted as soon as we stepped out the car and got assisted right away by Nina! Nina help us looked at the car right away and even test drive it. We were able to get the car and leave the lot within an hour! Nina was very kind and helpful with our visit today and we really appreciate her!

We had a problem with our Rogue that required major repairs. This was complicated by global supply issues. Nissan on Western Ave. is giving us an SUV loaner in the interim! Thank you!

Trying to buy a car from them was absolutely ridiculous. Coming from out of state they told me it was a policy of theirs that they would not negotiate a car sales price anywhere other than in person. In addition, I wanted to view records pertaining to the service completed prior to the vehicle hitting their lot. I wanted to ensure I knew what I was getting or what I would need to potentially replace (I.e. brakes, tires, fluids etc.). After asking several times for that information, I was finally told that in order to receive the report, I would have to pay $80. It just stinks of a slimy sales rep trying to pull one over on a potential client.

Glad I didn't shop here. They wouldn't send in pictures for a specific car. Found out it was literally hanging off in the front. Maybe add real pictures for all of your cars and keep your inventory up to date

Today my niece went to get a car. We went shopping around and finally went to Western Ave Nissan. we walked the lot, saw the car she wanted went inside. We were standing for a couple of minutes, and then Ruben came to assist he was polite and helpful, but we got shuffled to another person, Courtney Collins. He was nice and helpful as well. He took us to the car. My niece wanted to explain perks of each car and then worked with her to purchase the car once she took it for a test drive. The process was simple, and she love the car and the assistance from Courtney.

Took my car Wednesday to get checked and waited on them till Thursday evening before they close to pick up the car , my wife picked up the car with a cracked windshield, tried calling them they said call tomorrow to talk to the manager, called no body answer so I went down there asked for the manager, some guy said I’m the manager and when I explained the situation he said i got to wait till Monday to talk to Some guy name Freedy , that’s unprofessional at all I took the car twice to them in one week for a service and they overcharged me and yet i get my car back with a broken windshield and can’t get hold of someone of them to explain to me how my windshield got cracked

I went yesterday, 02/15/23, to have my oil replaced and when I got in the car this is what I seen. I’m all for lunch breaks but really ?! In my car? There’s no professionalism from the people in the back. The employees up front attended me politely and quickly. But this is just unacceptable.

We spoke for a while on the phone about pre-owned Nissan Versa before making the trip to see it. In person, our salesman first asked why we wanted that car, before finding it. The whole front end was caved in. "I guess they used a stock photo on the website." There had been no mention at all of major front-end damage. No harm done, we just got out of there, but the place just seemed filled with flop sweat and scheming.
