If I could give Western Union a negative number I would. The customer service is deplorable. No one knows what they are doing! They are all extremely rude. I went to get my money refunded because they would not conclude the transaction, even though the company I was sending it to has been in business for 28 years. WU took my money happily, however, when it came time for the refund, none of the Western Union offices had enough cash on hand to give the money back, including the one I made the original transaction with! I drove around for two (2) hours, stopping at four (4) stations, before I found a place that could make the refund. When I called for a specific location. I was put on hold and then told there were 1900 locations in the area. What a horrible experience! NEVER again!
