  Super lazy, asked to exchange currency, told me to go elsewhere. I'm sure their bosses will be thrilled they're directing business elsewhere.

  Extremely Rude lady - reguardless if I got my money smoothly or not, (how hard is it to do her job?) Had a TERRIBLE attitude on the phone and in person! Lacking major customer service skills. If you hate your job that much, get a new one and stop making the company look bad.
