The staff was really friendly, and I was in and out in no time for my city sticker. Esperanza helped me and was the best! Will come back here to renew my sticker in 2026 for sure

Fernanda has a disgusting attitude not fit for working with clients. She asked me for the tracking number on a money transfer, so I showed her a photo of the number as it’s 100x faster to do so and she instantly became belligerent as if I insulted her. What an immature child for being her age

I live in Tempe, Az. Went to our local grocer and sent funds to my son-in-law in Chicago. Not a single glitch. I had called WU office at 2301 N Chicago to verify proceedure and needed ID, etc. Very helpful and professional. Sending more today (late Christmas) using the same WU office in Chicago. Very pleased. Fine for what it is, but be warned if you're getting a money order that they will charge you $30 to do it using a debit card. Not sure if this is something all Western Union places do or just this one, but if you need a money order for more than you can get out of an ATM, you might want to try somewhere else.
