I had one more question and the lady just hung up on me after I told I wasn’t coming in today but till tomorrow. Save your time and money for some where else. Lady was already annoyed by me asking about a simple estimate on a city sticker renewal. I also wanted to know my deadline but she hung up on me.

Sent a fax through them and they didn’t sent it. Charged $5 to fax it, didn’t provide receipt and their proof of the fax being sent was a shitty white sheet because their printer needed ink. If you can’t trust them for a small tax such as sending a fax I would trust them with money transfers or bill payments or any other sort of service they offer. Drive the extra 5 min and go elsewhere.

Very great service from Pulido. Came in to get my car registered and for plates. Was out in a few minutes. Previously did my other car as well.

Great costumer service. Friendly staff, always up to speed. I always pay my bills, load my Ventra card, and got my city sticker with no problem. Will totally recommend for a good friendly experience.
