Snobby and disrespectful. Will ignore you and laugh and converse with other people around and next to you. So inhumane. People want to get in and get out but can't when their time is wasted by being prolonged by staff and their demeanor. I will avoid this location like the plague.

They hire the most unprofessional women to work the counters, expect an attitude when you walk through the door and they have to do their jobs

The worst service in chicago!!! The tellers are always on the phone while working!!! They are always very very slow!! No sense of urgency at all. It’s embarrassing to our race how incompetent and inefficient they are!
