Super slow service. Waited about an hour then I'm told I can't pay mortgage payment using cash. SERIOUSLY?????????? I waited an hour to be told I can't pay because I'm paying with cash. I've been paying with cash for many months now all of the sudden this. Service is horrible. God forbid we miss or be late on a payment but they want to act so damn special because I'm trying to pay with cash. At least I'm making my payment!!! You'd think they would value their customers. Nope!

My boss opened a business account here in 2019 and I've been making weekly deposits at the foothills mall branch. Till now! All of a sudden they stop. They say tell your employer to call us. So, he did and the branch manager called me suspect! Now I work for the federal government at a military base. I haven't even had a speeding ticket in over ten years. Lol but they took it upon there selves to judge me anyway and slander me. I followed there policies that were explained to me by the branch manager and now they do not want to follow there policies. I've never been to a bank that making buisness deposits only was such a big deal. If you like being judged and slandered behind your back then this is the location for you!

My first experience at the Irving Park location was awful, and made me not want to return. However, I instead decided to try the Clark St. location. I couldn't have had a better experience. NiNi is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to business accounts, she made the entire experience amazing! She was so kind and greeted us with a warm smile and positive attitude. I will definitely be doing all my banking at this location and reaching out to NiNi specifically for any needs. I wish every banking experience could be this positive.

This is by far the slowest and most inefficient branch I have ever visited. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or are just taking their time processing transactions , but the tellers often seem to prioritize the customers in the lobby over the customers in the drive through. I have waited in the drive through for more than ten minutes to have simple transactions processed at least on three occasions. If this branch can not handle drive-up banking, it should close the drive through and become walk-up only. It's ridiculous, especially when people have other things to do with their days than to sit in a drive through.

I have to give another review of this particular US Bank after another wonderful visit. Louise Fernandez is the Assistant Vice President (I think) or Manager of this bank. With all of her many responsibilities, she still welcomes me with open arms and sits down and helps me with whatever I need. I trust her completely and am so glad that she's there for me. All of you older people out there who are afraid of alot of the current technology with banking, you need to stop in and see Louise or Nini for all of your banking needs. They're awesome! Jenny

My favorite location of USBank for sure. All the staff is so professional, very helpful and so nice. Always there for me. Their costumer service is wonderful. I received a call from us bank a week ago and it was a banker, Nini, who introduced herself as the new banker there and told me she would be able to assist me with whatever my financial needs are. I proceeded to meet with her for a credit card. Once I received it I stopped into the N Clark St branch to get it activated. She also set me up with the app on my phone. I highly recommend the pretty blonde lady, Nini. She really knows how to provide customer service which is rare these days. I appreciate her help and will be seeing only her for anything else I need due to the amazing service she provided. She has great knowledge in what she does and answered all of my questions.

absolute worst the one closest to my house (diversy & oak park) just closed down. 7/10 times you went to the atm through the driving lane, the atm was out of service. seven outta 10, work 1 trip broke the next 3 trips?!?! so you were forced to go inside, that one was better it worked 80% of the time. now ili have to go to the one in e.p. the atm couldn't accept cash deposits the last 2 weekends! a bank you cant put money in?!?! today i deposited $700 i took the $700 and gave me a receipt saying machine error... basically we are keeping ur money and not crediting you call 1 800 worst bank ever! closed my secured credit card on may 29 2019. u s bank employee said i didn't have to do anything else, they would apply the balance due to your down payment and return the difference. wrong, i got a $27 late charge for not paying my bill on 6/24/19 a month after i closed the account, and a month after i specifically asked will i be responsible to pay the upcoming bill, he literally could of done it with pressing a couple buttons and moving the $25 payment from my checking account. do not ever bank with us bank

Recently opened a savings account at this location. Nini an employee at the bank not only help me open a savings account but also got me a credit card from US bank.

Yet another lousy experience with this bank. I was involved in a scam, which I avoided & gave US Bank full details about. Then I saw that I was charged a fee for the returned check involved. I called the bank; first call, no answer. Second call, after explaining, I was put on hold for 5 minutes. The person who finally answered had no clue, so I went thru the whole routine again. Finally, I was treated to a lesson that I am responsible for funds deposited, not US Bank, so if a check is returned for any reason, I am rightfully to be charged. This, after 25 years of banking here.

Not even worth one star . Either the ATM isn't working , bad service or they don't have what you came for . Walked there in the snow today . I should have known better .
