This was the worst Philly cheese steak I have ever had. The meat was not cook on a grill. It was warm up in a microwave and taste nasty. Do not buy.

Came here for my birthday dinner. I was so excited to get a Philly cheesesteak. Lo and behold it was freezing cold, and there’s no seasoning on it. I also got a thing of french fries, and there was one that was still frozen/ freezing cold. Overall not a great experience and I’m super disappointed in this location. I asked for some ketchup and they gave me one packet.

Now that I've had their food a second time, I can say that this is a good lunch/dinner spot for yummy sandwiches. I love the varieties they have. So far I've had the cheeseburger and wicked sandwiches. I'll be definitely back often to try the other ones that pique my taste buds :)Vegetarian options: Garden Party is the only veggie option sandwich

Went for a sandwich at 930am... sign says they open at 7am. I tried the door and one of the several employees inside who was on the phone just waved us off. Why are you there if you're not even open 2.5 hours after you're supposed to be?

1st I’ll start by saying you have to grab a bag and check the items you want to order. Then I handed bag to cashier instead of him just ringing up what I selected for my order he keep asking me would I like regular or large, so yes they need to update the items on there menu. The cost is waayyy over priced. I wouldn’t waste another penny. I would recommend subway besides paying $20 for a sandwich played with no flavor.. Milk shake was ok. But no plans on returning!

Our sandwich was okay. It is conveniently located, and they are hot, unlike some sandwich places, but nothing amazing. I got the chezburgewich, and my partner got the wicked witch. They have fries too, which for someone may make a difference. They seemed a little short staffed, but the staff was nice and friendly.Vegetarian options: They had a vegetarian sandwich.

Skimpy on meat on sandwiches, doesn't even cover whole length of bread; fries are cold and soggy, barely cooked; forgot to add sauces (ranch and 'wich sauce) that were ordered with fries

Every time I do the survey for the free cookie (same guy when I dropped my shake n the cup cracked didn't want to give me another cup)at the register says they don't honor it. He reads the receipt aloud like he's unaware of what they offer on there sales receipt .. I gave this location a good review on the survey that they said if you do it I will receive a free cookie now there not honoring it at all I was told to speak to a manager and I'm on my lunch break and there's never one there when I come . So I'll be doing the survey again giving my experience today 1/27/23. I ordered the steak sandwich. It was disgusting the meat could've been more done the bell peppers should've been cooked not raw and they forgot the Mayo. I probably want order this again.. Yuck. I wasn't even going to write this but I had time today
