Thank you so much to Tamia the manager and her staff! They treated us absolutely amazing and accommodated us so well. We were a walk in apartment an hour before close but you would’ve even be able to tell. They went above and beyond. Thank you all so so much! We’ll be back to Chicago just to visit this fun location with our family!

Went to play laser tag on Friday night at 9:30pm. We chose this because we thought it would be all adults. A large party of children showed up who were not at the height limit so they made it a little tougher to get into the game. So young kids are allowed in as a heads up. The arena is fun, had a jacket that gave me some troubles, still enjoyed it.

Pros:Whirlyball & bowling was very fun but that's not due to the establishment moreso because of my awesome family and friends.Drinks & food are decently priced especially for the Chicago areaBathrooms and overall facility was very cleanCons:They are super understaffed. We went on a Sunday evening and they had 1 waitress working the entire facility while multiple parties were ongoing. So of course the wait times were long, orders were put in wrong and at least 3 people from our party were charged for food and drinks they didn't get or extra drinks & had to dispute it with their banks. (Very shady)Secondly, the referees for whirlyball were awful. It felt as if they were making up random rules in the game, they were barely paying attention, and there were a couple times where the ball broke or people's carts stopped working and they never paused the game to help just basically left us to figure it out.Next time I think I'm going to try the Naperville location.

OMG We had so much fun!! The drinks were so good and the food was good too. Our server was new but she did everything to ensure our experience was top notch! Will definitely go back again.

Was told by hostess to wait an hour and we would be able to bowl. She told us she would “remember our face” and she has “in 2 years never forgot a face”. We then waited at the bar and got drinks in anticipation of bowling. One hour later we were told there was no chance of us finding a bowling slot, and the original hostess no where to be found. Def waste your time elsewhere if you can.

It's a nice spot to go with a group of friends, not to loud to have a conversation, also options to play pool or bowling. Good selection of drinks, and food. Plenty of room to move around if you have a big group.

We had a fantastic time bowling and whirlyballing for my partners 40th birthday. The front staff went above and beyond to help our 2 groups get lanes beside each other and the wait staff at the bat and walking around serving were second to none, even with how busy it was! Mercedes killed it as our personal server, somehow facilitating our silly group from place to place (a feat, trust me). Definitely recommend! And their beer selection is delicious.

Had a really fun time here!!! We played Lazer tag and had a BLAST. There seems to be an advantage in the court however, so pick your teams wisely!!! Also had good prices for shots

There’s 3 types of activities: Laser Tag, Bowling, and Whirlyball.Laser Tag: was fun, but the games were short and we needed to restart like 4 times. Wish it was a longer 2 game hour.Bowling: decent lanes, not much to complain about. If you’re coming just for that, there are places with better retro vibes.Whirlyball: sooo expensive for small groups. Make sure you have a larger group. It’s also more expensive online? Not sure what that’s about, maybe reserving it costs more. PS - you sign a waiver, and there is risk of injury. There are no helmet or goggles, I got a ball hit in my eye socket really hard. Thankfully no serious injury but made me realize that this is not necessarily a safe activity. Go at your own risk. Wish they provided head gear.** the staff was super nice and kind and checked on me many times and gave me an ice pack. They asked if I wanted to call an ambulance when I was hit, but I refused due to the injury not being severe. No fault of the staff - issue is with the safety policies.
