Chivon has totally redeemed WHBM for me. I went in yesterday and she was amazing (I’m hoping I spelled her name correctly). I felt so well-taken care of in every way. This will definitely be my go-to location going forward!

Jackie was the kindest, most caring store associate I've ever been served by. She immediately knew how to make a connection, made me feel warm and welcome and was so dedicated and invested in giving me the best shopping and fitting experience; she's really a go getter who gave 120% that day - all while serving 2-3 parties at a time, I honestly don’t know how she did it. If I were this brand, I'd make her a sales trainer for other staff, bc she's got something special I would my other salesfolks to emulate. -In the end, I bought like 6 or 7 items, and I know whithout her support, it would have been 1 or 2, bc I never knew how to gauge sizes so that the items would work for me, but she knew how to work the magic. - Look fwd to coming back!

I went here for some clothing today and Quincy was helping me out. She was lovely to talk to, did a great job helping me find clothes to purchase for my interview and didn't judge me or make me feel out of place like I've had some associates do to me at other stores in the past.

I ordered 580USD on their website. It got billed and paid correctly. I received confirmation for my order... and never got the products I bought. I've tried to reach customer service for more than 6 months. And I keep sending an email every month and haven't gotten any reply from them. I needed to solve this by receiving my products or my refund. Never had this experience while buying online at other stores.

Rude sales associate. She told me, unprompted, while I was looking at dresses that the "largest size they have is a size 6." It would be one thing if I clearly looked larger than that size, or if she was already talking to me and helping me out and knew my dress sizes. As a size 4, I am certainly within range of the dresses and so this was insulting. Sales associates need to be careful making assumptions about people sizes/body types and framing their "helpfulness" in a way that doesn't come across as body shaming.

Stopped in at the North Bridge Chicago location to find a white dress for my engagement photos. I needed assistance finding something. Not one employee greeted me, asked if I needed help, or even acknowledged me. The employees were all standing around too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge any of the customers in the store. Will be taking my business to a different company from here on out.

i placed an order on 07/11/2022 i received a call from a store in cary, nc 1-919-535-6533 stating that my shirt was delivered to another person in nc and i live in dallas texas the person took t he shirt to the store and the rep called and said we repackaged your shirt and will send to me now, i said repackage, i dont want anything that has to be repacked from someone else home i asked for a refund they said unfortunately we cant do anything about that..been calling whbm and cant anybody in customer serice on the line i dont have my money or merchandise i have reported them to bbb.. it doesnt suprise me that i received a package from whbm but not my package, someone in chicago, il is waiting for there package and it was delivered to dallas texas .my name on the shipping but the recept shows a total diffrent person, so how was that a tracking issue that was a package error issue...and that was done by the people in your warehouse. but they dont care they have our money and we can't get them on the phone ...they did this on purpose. sorry ms nguyen because ms williams has your shirt hopefully you can get them on the phone so you can get a refund good luck!

I have been calling all day and on hold for hours. Sent 3 emails and no response. Horrible customer service. And they'll reply here with a note to call them, but they already got my money, so I lose.

I spent well over $2,500 in the course of two to three months at this store. Before they change their rewards program I was elite status. When they change their rewards program I became legend status. When I inquired about where my points history was they said it should be there by June 16th. Well, it wasn't. There was no points history whatsoever. I emailed customer service twice, each response taking at least 5 days to hear back. Two agents, Rosa and Wilena, responded without fully checking into what I inquired about. Rosa says, it should be there. I respond, it's not. My response generates a second person responding to my email, saying, I see someone else has already taken care of your issues. Unbelievable! Not a single customer service agent at this company is capable of providing customer service. I refuse to spend one more dollar at this store. It's no wonder they're closing so many stores this year. Their customer service group is running off all the good ones.

Tanya at WHMB at The Shops in Chicago is AMAZING!! She helped so much with picking out clothes that fit my personality. She was honest, fun, and made the entire experience better. I was there buying a new wardrobe and she was my hype girl. There are numerous pieces I was on the fence about but bought because of how excited she got and she made me feel better in the clothes. I have since worn them and am so happy Tanya convinced me to buy the pieces. She is an invaluable asset and her personality is perfect for her job!! I’ll be back - just to see her!

I placed an order online and hadn't received it so I check my order status and it said canceled. I received no email or call telling me why. I called customer service and was told that the order went to the second verification or and they didn't verify it so it was canceled. I had waited two weeks for the clothing and now they say that 3 of the items they are out of. This was my first order and my last order Michele Schertz Tx

I visited the Rosedale store today. I ordered a dress online and just wanted to pick it up. Upon arrival I tried it on to make certain that the right size was correct, which it wasn't. The sales person who helped me told me that even though they had my size, because it was an online order I would need to buy both. And then return the original order two hours later when their system updated. I pushed back a little and told her how ridiculous this was, but eventually walked out with the wrong size dress, very disgruntled, and will likely never return. I have to add this was a prepaid order. I asked if I could return it and just exchange it for the right size, which she would not allow. She told me her system took two hours to update and I was just out of luck. So I have a frumpy dress that doesn't fit, I'll be happy to tell everybody where I got it, and how unhelpful your consultants were .

I usually order online but the last several times I've tried to order I couldn't check out (no reason). It just wasn't working. So about two days later I was going to purchase the item I had previously tried to purchase but my size is no longer available. I also tried calling them and on hold for one hour, no answer. No response to CHAT they offer either.

I've been shopping with WHBM for several years. I've just received an order I placed and it's completely wrong. I received someone else's order. One of the tops I was really wanting is now sold out in my size. I'm very upset.
