I had the pleasure of working with Shiri, who was a total star! I love this shop. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable but I always work with Shiri. She helped me custom design my fiancé’s engagement ring and we get compliments on it constantly. Truly beautiful and one of a kind. I’ve gone back to Shiri for other pieces as well, her taste is fantastic and she always makes the process easy.

I had the best experience with my consultant, Shiri! My engagement ring needed to be sized down, and we had a referral from my family to go to Windy City Diamonds. Shiri worked with me and was so patient and professional. She wanted my ring to be perfect and even worked on expediting the process so it was finished sooner than expected! My husband and I have been loyal customers at Windy City Diamonds for about 15 years now. It all started with my engagement ring my husband had customized for me. My go-to person is Shiri. She has helped me throughout the years designing jewelry that has sentimental meaning behind each one. My latest piece was a pendant with a matching ring. I'm very particular about what I want, and Shiri always does her best in brainstorming with me and coming up with beautiful results. I will definitely come back to Shiri for her help and expertise in exquisite jewelry.

A little bit disappointed in my wedding band. From the beginning I said I wanted 2 stone shapes only and I ended up with something different and was never told it would be different than we had discussed for several months. There was no quote or anything to see what stones the ring would contain and in the final CADs I received were correct, and then the wax model it was hard to tell because they were so small. We started the process 5 months before our wedding and didn't get the ring until a week before we left for our wedding. Because it was custom I had to leave my engagement ring with them for about 1.5-2 months and it would've been fine but I would drop it off and then have to pick it up on and off instead of them giving a realistic timeline they would need. We probably made 10 trips all together and it wasn't close by. The quality is good but the piece is not what I had envisioned and I will have to get a new one somewhere else.
