Be prepared to use the drive thru ATM it's the only one operational conveniently located across the street from the North Ave. bus stop so everyone can see you with drawing $$$ it's even better on a windy day.

I've visited this location several times and they are always quick, kind, and helpful. This is refreshing. I recommend this bank.

Nothing but great experiences dealing with wintrust. Will never use a big bank again.

I asked them if I could get cash without an ID by any method, including potentially using my online banking, or printing a bank statement off. Trust me I didn't want to be doing this either. 1. It took until the end of the interaction for them to tell me I can just use cardless cash. Which is literally the easiest way involving the least amount of questions and hassle, using my online banking info. 2. I was misgendered as male even after giving the teller my name (feminine), SSN, address, etc. Yes I'm androgynous but that's ridiculous. 3. I told them I didn't know my checking acct number perfectly but did know my savings account number perfectly. I unsurprisingly got my account number wrong and she didn't ask me to just say my savings number, instead it was escalated to two levels before I got a no. I'm pretty sure I provided enough information to be sufficient, including quantity of the most recent transaction but hey, I appreciate the security. 4. Teller asked me the amount of a transaction. I said I didn't know the amount but I knew it was my credit card payment (useless information provided by me). The teller argued with me repeatedly that it "wasn't credit". Uh yeah it's a credit card payment, it's a cash payment to my credit card. I'm not saying it's credit! How can a teller not know this? Overall, I asked you a simple question- can I get cash without an ID? using my online banking info? The answer is yes. Try remembering you offer cardless cash before asking me my SSN and a whole host of other questions, and try not misgendering me after I identify myself. And don't tell me my credit card payment is not credit- I know! Get a teller who knows anything about money. Rude and unprofessional. I went in hoping for some help and instead it turned into a long and embarrassing process. I guess expecting a teller to know basic provisions or policies of the bank is too much to ask. That said, the bankers are pretty cool and the can print you a debit card in like 5 minutes which is awesome. But the bankers are not the first line of customer service at a bank.
