(State St. location) I went to do a cash advance got turned away just saying machine didn’t work at state location not Lincoln park. it does employee didn’t want to read the procedure per the banks directive) I wasn’t offered nearby locations (there are about 3 in the vicinity)I was given attitude. I understand the transactions presents a level of risk, but I’m a bank customer and had all appropriate documentation. This is why their customer score keeps dropping, when they used to be number 1. Horrible experience.
