Literally impossible to catch the bank open to deposit money. & it has to be when it’s business hours since I could never use the atm after hours. That makes no sense. I wish they’ll have the atm available at all times

Been coming here for a long time now, and they know me. I provided them with my correct credentials, filled out a deposit form, and gave them my cash. They ended up depositing it on someone else’s account…my financial stability has been greatly affected because of this.

NEGATIVE 4.5, not 5, because at least i got my moneyGoogle needs to implement a negative stars system for locations such as this... This is the second time I've had horrible customer service by the tellers and the manager at this location I been to so many others and have not had this experience. They made me feel like they had invaded my privacy. I would love to put detalles, but it is too much. The worst thing is no apology their reply is every branch is different... but I will take it out with the company on Monday

Service nice but they refuse to let anyone in the bank. The lobby is very small and the security guard is rude.

I always have bad experiences here. The tellers are literally there just to punch a clock and get a paycheck. Today I deposited money into the atm and got a message saying, "We cannot accept all of your bills". The atm never spit the money back out so I asked the teller for help and he shrugged his shoulder saying that I'll have to wait until the morning. NO help, no assistance, no nothing!

Very bad experience with the teller. Wouldn't except my current VALID ID because they did not trust me. Even though I've been there multiple times to write a check. Very poor management.
