If I can, I would put zero star. Worst company we have ever dealt with. You have to check every invoice for an accuracy and if you put a claim on it, it is never been resolved. Charged us on the shipment that has nothing to do with our company, put a claim through to remove illegal charges few times with few following emails and nothings is done few months after. Put our account on hold for non payment of this illegal invoice. Will never be doing business with them again.

This is the most shadiest an unethical company I've ever had to deal with. I said the next time they call I'm going to send them to the fraud department. Now I have to. A sales representative named Isaac called me today. They are on our don't call list because a guy named Mike said last year "were form UPS" and tried negotiate with me in bad faith. That is fraudulent and unethical. I said never call me again and you guys break your word. Why would I ever do business with you now? STOP CALLING ME. Now next to file a police report.

My Team and I have been working with WWEX for almost 3 years and would highly recommend them as a 3PL partner. Our experience has been very positive, especially because our WWEX representative, Julia, has been a great rep since day one. Julia was a huge help with onboarding us and with getting us to this point of 3 years of positive shipping experiences. As with any transition, there are learning curves, but we've been able to continuously collaborate on freight classification, carrier education, and training on the technology to make it as seamless as possible. The LTL industry is far from perfect, but WWEX's support will always go above and beyond when issues arise. We also enjoy being able to sit down every quarter for a round-table account review. If you're looking for a true partner for your transportation needs, I'd highly recommend Worldwide Express!

We are a small business and have been working with WorldWide as our LTL Freight broker for more than a year now and we've had nothing but positive experiences. We've been working with Julia. She's extraordinarily positive and her team has offered top notch customer service. WorldWide saved us about 15% the first year and helped streamline our process. The freight world has been crazy and inconsistent the last several years. They've been consistent and delivered when we've needed them.

Our company has been partnered with Worldwide Express for a few years now and I have nothing but positive experiences with their customer service. Any time I have issues with freight or parcel shipments, I send their team an email and get a response within minutes. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Wouldn't recommend these guys or especially UPS. Terrible management of claims. In over a year UPS didn't pay out a single claim. They play games with your "inspections" and sometimes keep the packages. We had a $500 computer go missing after it was damaged in transit. Worldwide express did nothing to help and kept giving me the run around.I originally switched after a salesman, Mike Miller, assured me UPS was much better than Fedex. Let me tell you, it's not. My rates were actually WAY higher than Fedex 30+%UPS is a joke and their business practices are criminal. You will NEVER GET PAID ON A CLAIM NO MATTER WHAT YOUR "DECLARED VALUE" IS. I fought over multiple damaged packages and we use state of the art packing materials. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING WITH FEDEX and NOT USING WWEX!
