Took awhile to connect with someone, the phone calls are sourced out to a group from the Philippines. I was worried about waiting all-day for someone to pick my wheelchair up. Anyway, the driver arrived before the whole day was over. It was quick, thank you.

This company is challenging to work with. To start, the service time windows they quote are worse than the cable companies. It's hard to imagine a company whose sole business responsibility is to provide medical equipment to people that are truly in need of medical devices to function day-to-day, but not care enough to get it right! These are real people that are often elderly, bed bound or have significant mobility issues where making their life easier IS the priority and that goes for the families as well. Instead, it can take up to 30 minutes to talk to a live person. Or when you schedule servicing they don't show up or they show up with the wrong equipment. But it's abundantly clear the reputational damage has not prompted the owners to take a look at how they can fix these areas of their business so they can earn more than 1 ⭐ on a review.

Please do not go with this company. They sell only used beds. We traded a semi-electric to a fully electric, but if wanted a new bed had to pay $1,000, but customers service didn’t explained that so because we needed this bed we had no choice of keeping the used one after insurance coverage had to pay $450.00 plus delivery. Horrible company to work with. No manager or supervisor available to talk to. I will give zero a star.

Purchased a new bed and both times the drivers were rude. They installed old handrails on a new bed that we have to pay for. I’ve called to request it to be fixed to only come home to another set of used handrails for a new bed. I will be reporting Axious/Woundcare solutions to the Department of Aging, Better Business Bureau and States Attorneys Office. I’m very annoyed about the fact that Axios thinks this is an acceptable business practice.

What a horrible company. Employees are ignorant. I would never recommend this place to anybody. What a joke, now they have changed the name to Axios. New name same lazy ignorant people. Stay away and beware!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Took me two hours to get through to someone to take a bill payment. Call was immediately placed on hold each time then after about 10 minutes would disconnect. Over and over. No respect for anyone's time.

ZERO STARSWhen we called we were told we had to pick up the bed our selves and they aren’t waiting for us because they have other things to do. so we had to rent a van to pick it up NEXT DAY after my very Sick mother in law was brought home. a couple family members called and a dif family member went to pickup the bed. Every person said the same thing THESE PEOPLE HAVE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. it’s the last thing people need when going through a tough time!

These two were great. After waiting for ******** to approve my power wheel chair these guys came the day after it was approved. They showed up and were like two wheel chair ninjas. They brought it in and showed me everything. Bo and *** really know their stuff. It's been very hard since I first got sick 4 years ago. I was stuck in my bed and they showed me how to get into my chair and get around my home. I never do reviews but I was so happy and just wanted everyone to know that these guys saved me. Thank you!

The hospital and the nursing home were so confusing. My entire family was overwhelmed and felt lost. It was a Thursday and they tolled me my mom was going home after Saturday. They said they ordered a hospital bed and a wheel chair from this company called Wound Care Solutions. I had no idea what to do. I spoke with this nice young lady who explained that she got the orders for the equipment from the doctor. I asked how we would get that huge nursing home bed in my little house in Harvey and she explained that the bed we would be receiving was a home hospital bed. The young lady was very patient and kind to me. It was the first time in a month that I felt someone actually listened to me. The next day the driver called when he was on his way and everything went great. My mother is so much happier at home!

I would not give this company not even one star! I work in healthcare and I have never had a such a disregard for fellow human beings in my life. I have worked for over 2 weeks to get a poor helpless man a bed and everything was good on the doctor's end and our end. They think of people as numbers and money not as actual people. I would tell people not use use United Healthcare in the Chicago Land area due to this is the only company that supplies beds. And shame on United Healthcare, because I reached out to them for this patient and they were no help at all. Thank you United Healthcare and Wound Care Solutions for being the downfall in common decency.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!We had our mailbox damaged by one of their employees a week ago. while they were servicing our neighbors. The driver was very nice and took accountability by knocking on our door and telling us what happened. He gave us his name, his truck number, and gave us information to contact his boss to have it replaced. When we first called, we were given an email for the "manager" Wayne Lowry to contact and send pictures of the damage. Days went by without a response so we called their offices. The woman on the phone is horribly incompetent, insisting that we provide her account/patient information when we explained multiple times that we were not the customers, but simply the ones who endured property damage. She continued to insist on account and patient information and asked us what our neighbor's information was. HOW WOULD WE POSSIBLY KNOW THAT???! She eventually found our neighbor's account with their address and gave us their name and said "it was important that we remembered their info so it would be easier to look up next time". Not only are they terrible at responding, THEY ARE GIVING US INFORMATION ABOUT PATIENTS AND ACCOUNTS WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH, completely jeopardizing our neighbor's privacy.Each time we have called, it has been the same answer "Mr. Lowry will call you today" and he never does. It has been 6 days since the incident and still not have heard back from himDO NOT use Wound Care!!!! Dreadful customer service AND they do not care about your privacy and information as a patient. They will share with anyone. Absolutely will be reporting to the BBB
