Absolutely phenomenal!!!! Im a crying mess every time I take my truck to Mr. Joe and every time I leave with the brightest smile! He just knows what to do every time no matter what the issue is and how I explain it. Best mechanic experience/relationship/business I have ever had.

Its great to have Wright Auto Clinic in the neighborhood!!! Anything goes wrong with my car; I call, tell Joe what's wrong and take the car up there. He calls me back tells me what's wrong, how much it cost and I say ok; fix it. He calls me when its ready and I walk back up there and drive out. I don't quibble about price; he's the expert!! I know something about cars; I know if my car making noise when I brake; I may need new brakes or rotors. If its making clunking sounds I better hurry up and leave it with Joe before I need a tow truck!!! LOL!!! They're good people with no time play. And please remember this is a shop and we must wait our turn!

My car was making very weird noise and vibrating violently. Brought it in and it was diagnosed to be the wheels. Apparently the last mechanic that changed my tires didn’t tightened them well enough and those were ready to fall off. I’m glad they didn’t try to rip me off. The diagnoses was spot on and fixed at a very reasonable price. Definitely taking my other car back there too. Also the son gave me a ride home. Very nice family business. You gotta go here.
