Was looking for a last minutes gel pedi appointment and every other location in area couldn’t take me. They were able to and honestly the tech did such a great job. I haven’t had anyone remove my cuticles so in depth as she. I was very happy and would recommend. They have great pricing too! 10/10

Don’t be like me and try to experience it for yourself. I saw the negative reviews and thought “could it be that bad?” WELL IT IS!
I went in today. I asked for Almond nails and the old man did such a tacky job. I insisted that I wasn’t satisfied with the results then he redid two nails and put back the same rubbish he initially did. It was then I knew there was no hope. He injured me while cutting my cuticles and just loaded nail polish on the nails with no technique, very shabbily.
I would give 0 star if I could. Absolutely terrible!
Don’t waste your money and time.

Owner is racist. I called & I asked if I could come in for a pedicure in 10 minutes over the phone & he said yes. When I get there he pretends that he doesn't know what I'm talking about even after I showed him the phone number that I dialed. There was only one customer in there & he stated that should come back @7pm. They close at 630pm so intentionally doesn't want me there, & thats fine also.

When i seen my nails i said to myself “ WHAT THE HELLY”. If you want to be upset and pissed off and unsatisfied this is the place to go. The old guy doing my nails was nice but 4/10 of nails were bleeding. This was suppose to be an overlay and it was messy. His application was vey messy and all my fingers are tender now. If you want to meet a nice person this is the place to go. If you want quality nails i wouldn’t pick this place. I’m disgusted and wasted my money. I’m praying to God I do not get an INFECTION!!!

Please do not go here. I was here from out of town and desperately needed a pedi before I left town the following day. My feet are far worse than when I went in. Please see pictures of heels and toes below taken from the salon while drying. Old polish was not completely removed. Painted my toe nail the wrong color and then painted over it instead of removing the incorrect color. I asked him to make sure he removed cuticles three times and it still wasn’t done. Got nail polish all over my foot and wanted to let me leave like that. And then upon, checkout had the nerve to ask “how much tip?” don’t leave bad reviews, however, I felt that it wouldn’t be right if I didn’t warn about the experience. I had a bad feeling when I had to be buzzed into the garden unit of building and I had to flag down the person who worked on my feet. to even get in.
Tubs are old, tools were rinsed in the same foot bath that my feet soaked in and then put back on a try.

Customer service was excellent but my nails are not. My toes look pretty good but the fingernails look like I did them myself…next time I think I will do them myself).

Very disappointed!!!
I called and spoke to someone to confirm if I can come right after I get out of work at 6pm, which is less than 5 minutes away and the lady confirmed it was fine. So, I show up ring the bell several times and nothing. I called several times and again nothing. Why waste someone's time if you knew you wouldn't be available. Bad business!

The old woman that works here has no customer service skills. I asked for regular manicure with almond shape.
1. They cut my cuticles so much I bled on multiple fingers even though I told them I don’t want my cuticles cut too much, just a tiny bit.
2. The almond shape I asked for looked like row houses ? they were flattened triangles. She just cut them with nail clippers to make them look pointy when I expected her to use a nail file.
I told her I was unhappy with the results and just want the entire thing removed and she began yelling at me, saying she has cameras all over the shop. I still don’t know to this day why she mentioned cameras as if I stole something? I just wanted it removed and wanted to get out of there. She said I still had to pay. Why would I pay for this? I wouldn’t get this service even if they paid me. She yelled at me so much and forced me to pay, I paid and left in tears.
I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worse experience I’ve had at a beauty salon and have no idea how this place is still open.

The pedicure was good, but I was disappointed with my acrylic nails. The acrylic application was painful and messy. My pinky was filed down a bit too far and felt excruciatingly painful. I was also bleeding from my thumb. The acrylic came out very clumpy, and my nails are crooked and going in different directions. He applied too much acrylic which dripped down and dried onto my fingertips. I was too embarrassed to say anything, and I barely had the courage to ask for the tips to be filed down to be straight (I asked for a coffin shape but they looked like lipstick).

Tried this place on the whim because I wanted my nails done for my bday and it was right across the street. I knew it wasn't going to be the best by the looks of the place but I will never come back. Very sloppy job on my no chip mani and pedi. I had to tell him to clean up around my nails. He shaped my nails horribly and my toe nails look like little nubs. Had the audacity to charge me $90 for both which was way overpriced for this spot. Don't waste your money here!

Horrible filing-edgy and not smooth Horrible paint job-chunky Could not produce a heart with a picture shown after I showed him a picture of a heart and asked if he could do designs. He thought the product of work shown is a heart. Cut my pinky cuticle.

They’ve changed…. I used to go here more often but not anymore.I helped the guy take off MY dip and he still charged me….there were fruit flies ( swarms) EVERYWHERE & he got so close to my toe that he cut it with the nail clippers- bad- and I didn’t even notice until the pain started to come in and I re-looked at it… would not suggest, tbh there are plenty of places nearby!

Man was horrible didn't understand English didn't do a good job on pedicure and tried to do something totally different then what I asked for my full set. Horrible place nail polish all over my toes I asked him to clean it up and he ignored me
