This place has really changed. I've gone here for almost 15 years. I have 3 cats & recently brought them in. They all needed dental work so I booked them all appointments. I had to space them out because it's so expensive. I also had to book them on a Tuesday because the only other day they offer surgeries is Wednesday and I work all day and can't make it. After I had made the appointments and put my deposit down they called & said I had to shift all the appointments to one day or cancel them. I couldn't so I chose the worst off cat & only made an appointment for him. Now they've just called & say they have to cancel that too & they can only reschedule me on a Wednesday. I'm so disappointed and angry. None of my deposits have been refunded. I was hoping for more from a place I have dumped thousands of dollars into for years but I guess they just don't care.

My dog has so much fun here. We have used the boarding services (with daycare) several times now and each time, our dog seemed like he didn’t want to leave his dog friends when we came to pick him up. The staff is great- friendly, helpful, and communicative. I’ve come to trust them and know that my dog is in good hands when he’s here!

Seems like a good place. Staff is courteous and gave me a helpful tour before I started taking my Frenchie to daycare here. Unfortunately, a year or two ago my dog suddenly started panicking whenever we started heading in this direction. After speaking with the manager, it sounded like one of their new hires was "callous" (if not outright abusive, hopefully) with the dogs and mine wasn't the only one to start fearing this place. Sadly he's never really been interested in going back there. I've tried a few times since that staff member left, and the staff tell me that my pup is acting a bit shy, but I've stopped trying to drag him here since he protests so much. Too bad I prepaid for like multiple weeks' worth of visits :-(

took our dog here who has been coming here for years. we usually see Dr. Dory and this time we saw a vet we haven't seen before. our dog was diagnosed with a collapsing trachea and has major anxiety, so it can be hard to manage her fear at the vet. this vet didn't seem to want to work with her or have patience with our concerns and came off condescending toward us. it was quite unfortunate and disappointing as we've had such great experiences with dr Dory. At one point we even felt like we were to blame since we weren't able to pay for x-rays a second time in a few months window. we spent around $800 the first round so we don't feel comfortable going through that again for the same diagnosis. we came to YPW to get supplements, meds, and advice to ease her symptoms, which we thankfully DID get in the end, but without much caring advice from the vet. The feedback we can provide is more empathy with patients/difficult situations. We left feeling as we were the problem and that we should get a second opinion. We still trust Dr Dory so we still plan to see her for our future appts. we also want to mention that the technicians were great and patient/helpful with our questions! But we don't feel fully comfortable with the other doctor...

Had been taking out pets here since 2016. One of our cats starting defecating outside the box two years ago and we continued to bring up, but they insisted was behavioral and nothing more. Pretty much disregarded all our concerns. Ended up taking her to get a second opinion and found out she had numerous gall stones likely for awhile and was in pain. She passed away being treated. We found a new vet who takes the time to treat and discuss options which is large upgrade over this facility.

Fina loves all her daycare friends—humans and dogs! Staff is very attentive and friendly. Her social skills have significantly improved since she started going to daycare at Your Pets Wellness. She has also stayed overnight, and staff consistently sent updates and pics during her stay. Overall, excellent service.

Their website says they offer "Solo playtimes for dogs not compatible with other dogs" and that "The only time you see more than one pet in a suite is if the owner requests pets in the same family to stay together - otherwise, your pet gets their own space!". However, this doesn't seem to be the case, as I was told that my pet cannot be accommodated unless they pass a temperament test for dog socialization. Their representative was very nice over the phone, but the website should be clear that that they can only accommodate dogs who are social with other dogs.

I’ve sent my dog to this daycare for over 2 years and he absolutely loves it. Every time I drop him off you can tell how excited he is to see and play with all his friends. The staff do an excellent job planning out activities for the dogs and the vets are exceptional in their level of care. The hours for daycare are also convenient for those with a 9-5 job

My pug came in to Your Pets Wellness at 26lbs. He left 10 days later at 20lbs, having eaten only half the food I left for him. Top it off with a bright red eye from allergies despite having left allergy medication with him, and I can't help but wonder why this facility wouldn't call me about these issues?Edit: I was informed that my dog losing 20% of his body weight is not considered a serious issue.

Our dog Mac was a regular at YPW daycare until we moved recently. Everyone there felt like family and Mac was always so happy to go play there. We miss them so much!
