I did like the variety the Men's section had. Wasn't able to purchase anything though since there were no XS sizes in any of the pieces that peaked my interest.

Bought an item that was tagged 59 and when I brought it to the register they told me it was $119. The tag they had on was from euros which includes sales tax so that was really roughly $50. The manager would not honor a discount or admit they made a mistake. But they don’t care.

I waited in a long return line with only one worker, only to be told that their online return policy is 30 days (I was at 32) and there was absolutely nothing they could do, even with clothing that had the tag and a verified receipt. Terrible policy and disappointing service.

If I could leave 0 stars I could but I usually don’t have an issue with this store. But today I was in the checkout line and the young lady with the Fulani hair style was very rude. I gave her my cash in her hand and she put my change on the counter and I feel like that was very disrespectful. I gave you my cash in your hand so I expected you to return my change to me in my hand as well.

This Zara is located in Michigan ave along the magnificent mile, we thought would check this store out for shopping. The store was maintained well and kept clean. The collection and arrangements were perfect and very appealing. But there is no staff to assist you and zero customer service. if you like to navigate on your own and figure things out, then this place is for you. This place was also closer to being packed for a Monday noon time.

1. The manager was unhelpful and rude today when attempting to get a different size item since the sizing was way off on a blouse I bought when,
2. Dressing rooms had a huge line and I wasn’t going to wait for 30 minutes a second time to try on said blouse during my first visit.
3. The clerk helping customers behind the counter was visibly sick with a runny nose and no mask and was using his hands to wipe snot from his nose between helping check out customers.
Go to Aritzia if you want actual customer service and quality. Now I have a $30 blouse that I can’t exchange or return and I can’t wear because the sizing was so off. I have always been a size small, but this one was sized so extremely small that there are huge gaps between the buttons when I put it on. Why am I paying for the companies’ mistake of poor design and terrible sizing?

I had such a great experience at the Zara on Michigan Avenue! I was helped by Sarah, who is the store manager (possibly of the whole store, not just the men’s department). She was absolutely amazing so attentive, patient, and professional. I had lost my paper receipt, and she went above and beyond to help me recover it through Zara's system on my phone. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a great customer service experience. Thank you so much, Sarah!

I came to Zara to return one dress. When I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me, both already being helped. Despite that, I waited over 20 minutes before it was my turn. By the time I was served, nearly 15 people had lined up behind me.
Both associates at the register moved at a glacial pace. They spent more time talking to each other than to customers, carefully inspecting every return, rehanging each item, and preparing the items to be put back on the floor before processing the transaction. There was no sense of urgency and no effort to acknowledge or manage the growing line.
I can’t help but feel this is a corporate policy designed to discourage returns. If so, it’s frustrating and unfair to customers. This was a poor use of time, especially in such a busy store, and it made what should have been a quick return into an unnecessarily long wait.

RICAYA is so professional and helpful and the ladies at the store are very nice and I will be back just for the experience. I didn't find what I wanted this time but it's okay. I will definitely be back too. Allow myself to get this great help from Miss Ricayah.

I’ve shopped at this Zara location on Michigan Ave. twice during my visit to Chicago, spending nearly $500 between the two days, and my experience with Carlos in management was disappointing. I found an item that was incorrectly tagged, brought it to a sales rep (who was very kind), and then asked management if they could honor the price. Carlos confirmed it was the last item in the store but refused to honor it, and his attitude was unnecessarily rude.
For a large corporation like Zara, I expect better customer service, especially for loyal, paying customers. To make matters worse, you can’t even call individual stores anymore; you must visit in person to speak with someone or call a general customer support line. Overall, poor customer service and not worth my continued business at Zara.
