First time passing thru Midway and most problems are with the terminal. Too many people !! With limited options. I am understanding that at 2 pm they don't have sandwiches at this location Every! Out of change out of many donuts and out of most coffee. But I got regular coffee with milk and Carmel and the best attitude 2 people could ever offer.

For starters, one of the workers replied to a coworker after they asked what I ordered, "I don't know what she's asking." 2 things I've noticed from the guy who said that: he's blind and he doesn't know how to do his job. How difficult is understanding the order of a medium iced mocha latte with oat milk? 2nd issue, workers don't know how to properly charge. Ordering a large iced latte is either $5 or $7. Which one is it????? One time they filled the coffee to the top and it spilled when I popped in straw. I did it carefully as well. They have a nice ice-coffee ratio for large drinks. Props on that, as well as making me feel like royalty with my coffee on my way to school. I can't help but feel bad for the cramped space they have behind the cashier.

This place must move gallons of coffee daily. The workers handle this workload like pros and I've never had my order made wrong. That's saying a lot for such an insanely busy location. Nothing bad to say.

Dunkin Donuts discontinued their hot white chocolate drink. Minus one star. Particular to this location, they rarely have vanilla flavor to custom your cold coffee drink. Detact another star. The place is also too small to properly view the available donuts so your sorta rushed to scan the donut rack, peering over the cashier as others wait behind you. Take away a star. Overall, this location ceases to disappoint me every time I decide to treat myself to sugar.

I enjoyed Dunkin Donuts inside the Midway CTA Orange Line transit center that I ordered breakfast. It means "Breakfast On A Go."

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts ever...Cant get order right to save thier lives...ice coffee means 2 cubes in hot coffee...lol...out of every donut, bagel,flavor syrup...the only thing right about this place and reason for two star is the location...its very convenient being next to orangeline...enjoy!

Airport food court: I would like to give more 4 stars for the great staff! Boston cream: At bite 3 hmmm, bite 5 grrrr, last bite...so disappointing! NO STARS FOR THE DONUT! 3 stars for the coffee. At least it was hot and didn't taste bad...better than Bridgeport Coffee. Not many choices for coffee here. One when you get thru security and DK. Get your coffee fix before you get here! Very sad, Boston cream had no custard!!

This is my go to DD location. But today I was served my worse coffee ever, If you can even call it coffee. I asked for a large iced coffee, cream and caramel. No sugar, as always. I took a my first sip and I thought u was drinking a GREEN TEA! NOW I usually have nothing but positive thing about this location but today was just really really bad... UPDATE: I Came back during my break because a friend brought me another coffee and it tasted the same. Employees were understanding and realized something was wrong. They fixed the problem with their coffee machine and gave us new ones.

The coffee at the Dunkin' Donuts kiosks within Chicago Midway International Airport is horrible. The coffee was so weak it tasted little more than hot water. I had to pour my coffee that I paid over three dollars for out in the sink. I could not even drink it. The problem may be how the Dunkin' Donuts employees are instructed to make the coffee. I'm very disappointed that midway doesn't have a decent cuppa coffee in the whole airport. The homerun in pizza Rea at the beginning of Concourse B serves a drinkable cup. I would get my coffee there.

Cheap... probably the cheapest in the airport purchased a blueberry muffin for a little over $2 dollars...great CS Very Good deal at the Chicago Midway Airport.

Best dunkin In my opinion,the staff really makes it a point to remember their regulars,that goes a long way for someone in a rush in the morning. They always treat you good and coffee is always served fresh. So what if its a smaller location,if you want a bigger restaurant to sit down then obviously you don't appreciate the fact its set up for faster service.

I mean... It's Dunkin Donuts. Hot, fresh and fast. There's not much more to say about this place. Every time I come through midway I get excited because we don't really have DD where I live. Old fashioned is my jam because I'm an old man apparently and chocolate glazed is also a close second. The coffee is hot and they'll give you no lip.

Cashier Ali A. Has a really bad attitude, they try to move the line faster by using a small speaker by the door to take your order, but when you get to the cashier they make you the wrong drink!.
