Another update February 26, 2025, same consistent problem district manager told me nothing but bullshit, before my last update was told that the hot warmers that have fresh food would have food consistently, went in there today one slice of pizza one sandwich nothing else, I asked the guy working in the Pizza department about more pepperoni pizzas and he tells me he’s just about to make A fresh pizza, so I waited, and he made fresh pizza, super nice guy, updated me that it was just about to come out, The people in the Pizza kitchen need more help. Why doesn’t the owners hire more people to help out so the ones that are working are not so stressed. When is somebody going to get this place took care of because that’s what Casey’s is about quick carry out food or other items Update update update! January 30, 2025, spoke with district manager upon entering the store last week and was told the whole issue with food being available in the hot holders is going to be fixed for good and there will be food all the time in there, just now went inside tonight to get something and not one single item whatsoever in the warm holders And I asked the girl where’s the food and she said they’re making carryout orders and will get to it when they can and I told her I took a picture of it and she said good. You can show it to the general manager in a snotty smart mouth way! This place is so done, I’m so sick of the lies and lazy workers and not enough people working it’s disgusting! Forget it! That is, if you are going in there to get hot food, which is supposed to be in the holding warmers! It’s so ridiculous that I can go in there multiple times over at different times of the day or afternoon, and there is little to no food that is hot and ready! Then again, I can go to a different Casey’s like the location in Bellevue, and it is stocked full of everything they offer! When is somebody that has authority they’re going to make sure that the people in the kitchen do their job properly and make what they are supposed to make not just call in orders so people that walk in can get some hot pizza or hot food and go! It seems like most of the restaurants in this town have issues consistently then again, I can go on vacation and frequent some of the same type of stuff and there is no issue and everything is normal. Not surprising at all for Chillicothe Illinois. No one wants to work! Update December 14! So I had not been to the store since my previous post and I stopped in at 2:28 PM today Thursday and of course no employees anywhere in sight and additionally not one single slice of pizza in the holding area and only two or three mac & cheese bowls in the other holding area! So I guess your problem is not resolved I don’t understand how you can have no food in your warmers and no employees in site at all and nobody’s doing anything about it! It really sucks because there is no other cases in this area or anyone who serves hot pizza by the slice or other food items and I’m sure many other people would agree with me about this store! When is the upper management going to do something about the managers not taking care of what they need to do to get the employees to have hot food. That’s what Casey’s is about. Is being able to stop in there at different times of the day while you’re in route to whatever you were doing and pick up a hot slice of pizza or a side! I think the kitchen cooks need to be sat down and explain that if they’re not going to make the food go get a job somewhere else. Update! February 1, 2024 Here we go again with the bullshit not one single sandwich or anything in all of the food warmers, and the front desk guy tells me that they have strict rules on throwing away food so they don’t focus on keeping stuff in there. They focus on carry out orders, absolute bullshit! When is somebody going to do something about the workers not making food at this particular location it’s absolutely absurd! What a piece of shit store! And management!

The people that work here are awesome!!!
Anytime I go in when they are even moderately busy there's a huge slow moving line. Mainly due to the fact that corporate can't justify another cashier...makes the staff over worked and frustrated. And it's frustrating from the disgruntled customers I see. If you wanna be in business then take care of your employees and make sure all the bases are covered.

$54 for a soggy crust pizza and boneless wings that were obviously sitting for A LONG TIME before they were delivered to the 4 blocks that we live from the store. Only delivery option that is offered is door dash. I was notified 30 minutes or so before delivery that they were "searching for a Dasher". So clearly my $54 order was just sitting under a heat light dying. And it was definitely dead when i received it.

I ordered regular crust half supreme half sausage mushrooms and onion.. cooked longer. 2 stars for getting ingredients correct. However, thin limp crust was terrible.

The pizza is great have no complaints about your pizza the problem is you can't get 172 minutes to wait for an order online, I called to see if this was an error they said no they had a huge line of people waiting for pizza. if I ordered right now I'd be the 25th person waiting, unbelievable. You are always short on help?
