They were great with helping me get a prescription for my grandson who is visiting for 6 weeks. He is from Florida and we're so helpful getting his rx from there to fill. Very helpful and friendly.

The only thing worse than the deli at this place is the pharmacy. The employees who run these two spots at Krogers are dreadful! Point blank. You know who I'm talking about.

Somebody really needs to get this place in order. I have had to wait for multiple days to get simple antibiotics filled (good thing those aren’t necessary for things like fighting infection…insert sarcasm). I mean seriously, if insurance didn’t demand I use the lowest quality provider, I would go elsewhere. This has to be the comically worst customer service experience in the civilized world. Run, don’t walk, away from this institution if you have any other options available. As for me and mine, we are stuck here as victims of circumstance.

Went to Kroger Pharmacy to get a flu shot. Not even one person in line. The pharmacist said it would be a 90 minute wait. Went next door to CVS and received my vaccine within 15 minutes. The ONLY reason I use Kroger pharmacy at all is to get fuel points. Without that,they would never get any business from my family.

I’m tired of the condescending & horrible attitude from female pharmacist. My wife had a prescription turned in a day before we were going to leave for vacation thinking they’ll have it for 24 hours & should be filled . Went in next day & nope . She was rude & said it’ll be another hour. Than got snotty saying well you know it’s X amount . Yes we’re aware since this isn’t our first time buying said medicine . Wife told just hold it till we get back a few days later. Not only did they call a few hours later but nearly EVERY day on vacation our prescription was filled . This is 1 of the reasons we don’t shop at Chillicothe Kroger & why we’re going somewhere else for prescriptions !!!!

I call the pharmacy ask if my son medicine was done the guy was helpful then a women decided whip phone away from himself says it can't then screamed at me so I hunged the phone and the manager didn't do nothing Orwell she has had a lot complaints against her the more people leave the more they will lose business so I pulled all 5 family members medicine went somewhere else

It's hard to find a good pharmacy but this is the best one I've ever gone to. The pharmacist is so nice and see Dominic if you have any issues with meds or prices, he's the most helpful and patient pharmacy tech.

Not enough help, everyday items are not available, bread, salad greens, fruit is usually spoiled in a day or two, I'm changing grocery stores, been shopping here 40 years & it's only going down hill. Never enough check out clerks!

I have experienced many different issues with this pharmacy, but today I recieved some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was there when they opened back up around 2:30 and the pharmacy tech acted like I was inconveniencing her by just being there. I'm introverted, so I don't speak up for myself. I will just be switching pharmacies and doing my grocery shopping elsewhere to avoid feeling that way again ??

Nice little store in the middle of nowhere. Cheap prices and good items. Fruit and deli very fresh.
