Their detail shop, service shop, and most importantly the way they treat their customers is 2nd to NONE!!! If an issues arises after they had your vehicle, they WILL TAKE CARE OF IT!!! Def recommend and WAYYYYY better customer service than where I bought both our brand new Chrylser products!!

I was so hopeful that I could use riverside to service my car because I live so close to them, but I was so disappointed. I noticed my car seemed to be lacking power, not wanting to get up and go as quickly as usual. Then my check engine light came on, followed by a high pitched whining noise only when I accelerated. I immediately parked it and hooked it up to a code reader. I had one code; P0299 turbo/supercharger underboost. We also checked all my fluids, including the oil, and everything looked okay. I called riverside and was so relieved that they could get me in right away. I didn't drive the car again except from my house to riverside which was not even 2 miles. While driving there I noticed a sort of metal on metal noise that would come and go. Otherwise, I made it to riverside okay. They never called me, so we stopped by later to see what they found. This is exactly their summary: "customer states the check engine light is on. Engine starting to lock up. Coolant is empty. Head more than likely warped due to overheating. Coolant appears to have gone into the engine which has caused the internal failure. Needs engine replacement." They also said my turbo was fine. I found this pretty surprising considering everything pointed to the turbo not being fine, my car never overheated, and there was no evidence of coolant in my engine when we checked everything. While still giving them the benefit of the doubt, but also wanting a second opinion before spending the $6000+ they quoted me, I had the car towed to another dealership. One that I'd been to before and trusted, it was just much farther from me. But thank goodness I did! They ran a full diagnostic (like you're supposed to) and said my turbo did have internal damage and it did need replaced, and I also had an oil leak from the oil cooler. So I had this other place replace my turbo, replace the oil cooler, and do an oil change. I have my car back now and it's running beautifully. Had I let riverside replace my engine for $6000, I would've still needed my turbo replaced for another couple grand. I'm not sure if they truly thought they were right, or if they were just totally trying to screw me out of thousands of dollars, but either way I will never bring my car there no matter how convenient the location may be, and I would never recommend their service department. The one star is just because they all were polite, but I'm not sure it matters how polite you act if you're being dishonest. I rely on my car to get me to and from work, my daughter to and from school, and I'm a single mom surviving on my income alone. Had I trusted riverside, as you should be able to trust these places, the results would have been devastating.

My daughter brought her 2018 Chevy Trax in because the radio would not update. She has been back and forth 4 times. They currently still have her car. For some reason the "techs" cannot figure out how to program the the new radio that was ordered....... She called today and was put on hold for 10 mins while the woman she spoke with tried to figure out what was going on. This is the MOST RIDICULOUS thing I have ever dealt with. If the techs that are employed cannot figure out how to program a radio Im worried about the rest of their work. I'm also wondering why they have not called Chevy Technical Assistance to help them with the issue.

Great experience. I found a vehicle online, submitted an inquiry. Next morning I received a call and a few hours later I was driving home that vehicles. Salesman was great and finance guy did an excellent job.

Another positive service experience with Barb running a great service department! I dropped off a tire and wheel to be mounted and balanced for a ready spare on my lunch break. I received a call while I was still on lunch saying it was ready. Riverside's Service Department is great as always. Thanks Barb & Service Staff, You and your staff are rockstars!! 5/5

Boy I wanted to give these guys a whole lot more stars... I recently purchased a newer Ford F250 Platinum, the sales person (Chase) was very responsive and the dealership was more than willing to ship the truck out to the west coast. However while the truck is beautiful on the topside the chassis looks like it was marinated in salt and sand. For a truck that is ONLY two years old, I can say that I've seen way less rust on vehicles here that are 60+ years old!

So I was in desperate need of a vehicle, after many phone calls and several visits to different dealerships in the Peoria area I was exhausted. I was so sick of the games and running around. I didn't think I was ever going to find a vehicle. After test driving another truck I was on my way home and I found one online. It was 8 pm on a Tuesday night and I called about it. The gentlemen quickly responded and was open and honest about everything from the start. Within 24 hours they had me set up for a test drive. When I pulled up to the dealership the truck was sitting in front ready to go. The gentlemen met me at the door with a smile and was not PUSHY AT ALL. After working through the paperwork I was extremely happy and was in my new truck within 48 hours of my first phone call. I'm personally in a business that demands customer satisfaction. So I don't say this lightly, I am 100 percent happy and will continue to recommend This place to anyone. I'm not an easy person to please. They went above and beyond. I didn't just by a truck, it also came with a family of great people. So I say thank you to Chase and the dealership. You will always be my first call in the future! Thank you Riverside Chevrolet in Chillicothe!
