We bought a vehicle from out of state. Nick made the entire process easy. When I arrived and inspected the vehicle they made sure everything was perfect. The truck was beautifully detailed, filled up with gas and the paperwork was quick and easy.

Nick and Chase were awesome. I had such a great experience at Riverside Chevrolet! Everyone there was kind, patient, and really helpful through the whole process. They made sure I understood everything and worked with me to get into a car I absolutely love.Even though my nerves were all over the place (totally on me, not them!), the staff was calm and understanding the whole time. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out or with my new car, it’s perfect!

OMG...wow wow wow. 5 star service. From the first call to Melinda... When I called back, she was with a customer and Ryan stepped in to answer any questions. We have looked at over a hundred cars online. And Riverside absolutely overwhelmed us with fantastic service, a great car, exactly what I wanted, and a very fair price. We are two states over and I am glad to give them our business. Chase sealed the deal and got everything organized on a saturday morning... It was painless... Well except for my texts going into spam...who knew???
Well done team. I think I have a very high bar for customer service and you hurdled it with excellence!!! You definitely earned our business. Just wish you were closer!

A great experience at Riverside Chevrolet! Nick was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the car I bought; very courteous and professional. Chase in the finance office was also very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Both gentlemen made me feel comfortable and at ease and did all of the right things to my satisfaction. Nick and Chase treated me like a princess! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Outstanding sales service and customer service. I bought my vehicle physical sight unseen and they made it easy to evaluate with pictures and review by video of the car and then even agreed to buff out some minor scratches. Delivery was on time and finance was a breeze. I highly recommend Riverside and its staff.

Overall, the experience was fine but the finance guy was gone so I couldn't take the van home the same day. They ended up delivering it a few days later.

The salesman and the manager that I dealt with are the reason car people have such a bad reputation. They were dishonest, disingenuous, and completely ripped me off. They didn't really care that the car I bought went bad in just a few WEEKS. They offered me a pittance of what I paid and said they were gonna help me. They already lowballed me to the point of no return. You should never buy a car from them. Because God help you if something goes wrong. I would have given 0 stars, vit I couldn't.

Melinda greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She made the car buying process quick and easy. We were looking at a Toyota Tundra which they had just gotten in on trade. It was in the detail shop getting cleaned up but she was able to get it out for a test drive. She was very personable and answered all the questions we had. Chase (in finance/business office) explained our options and secured a better rate with GM over our personal bank. Would definitely recommend this hometown dealership!

Ask for Melinda she was awesome to work with! Worked out pricing via text and had an out the door price within the day. They held the auto for me with a small deposit. Drove a couple hours and the paperwork was all ready to go. Was in and out within an hour. Chase their finance guy is super efficient. Thank you Riverside!
