“We had my daughter’s ceremony and reception at Metamora Fields in May. It is such a beautiful place, and all the staff were so incredible. Natalie was amazing to work with. She was so good about helping us and answering any questions big or small that we had. She is super friendly, helpful and always gave the best advice and ideas.
My daughter had her ceremony outdoors, and the area where they had it set up was breathtaking. The ballroom is also so beautiful and very spacious. Despite having had a lightning strike to the building the month before which caused some pretty extensive damage and issues, they all went out of their way to make sure my daughter and son in law had the most perfect day!”

“Do you miss Germany and the food that you can get there? Well, look no further than the German American Central Club. Every Friday there's something different served at the all you can eat buffet that is authentically German. There's also beer on tap, and dessert too.”

“I went here because I was looking for a house in the area, thought I'd stop to grab something to eat. They were closing early that day, but to my surprise the people and the owner were very nice. They stayed open long enough to talk to me about the area , and answered any questions I had. Even gave me a few drinks on the house. The hospitality was amazing, something I'm not use to and very much appreciated. Especially after a rough year for business being closed because of the pandemic, the owner was very kind. This is a beer and shot kinda place and town, it's a very clean bar, friendly staff and people, beautiful water view. They serve food here, drinks are an awesome price, they always have entertainment or something cool going on at the bar on the weekends. A definitely must go to place , if you're ever in town. He watched what we did and made suggestions and we had a level of success we didn't expect. Who knew that throwing an axe could be so much fun. I highly recommend this for anyone. We are all senior citizen girls and this turned out to be one of our best adventures.”
