Went to location today. The location was closed. This was at 10:30 in the morning. When I tried to open the door it was locked. However, a young lady came to the door I said, we are closed due to staffing issues. However, she let me explain the problem. I was having with my phone. She then tells me that the problem that I'm having is not a Verizon problem in a very rude tone.. I told her that anything that interrupts my ability to communicate on a phone that I pay payments to Verizon, for is a Verizon problem. She told me to take the phone to Geek Squad. Because it's not a Verizon problem while her tone was getting ruder with me the entire time. I then asked for her name and informed her that I would be reporting this incident. She then tells me no. I'm not giving you my name and to be quite honest, I don't care. At that point. I was a child and called her an expletive.

Austin is a God send, literally. When everyone else at Verizon seemed to be resolutely working against finding a solution to what is most likely a routine issue...Austin persevered for hours until he found a way.
