Then, about a month later, our almost 8 year old German shepherd Mylz. When I say Carol & her staff really care about the animal they do. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly loves animals.Promptly put into a room and Dr. Charlie came in introducing himself. He was warm, thorough, went thru what would be done that day, answering all my questions. Didn't feel rushed, plus he picked up on previously, missed things.We love our fur baby and are grateful, for the professional expert care Stuart received. His teeth are pearly white.My dog is a rescue an doesn't care for men. He let Dr. Charlie exam him, like they were buddies . Just Amazing!These are the high standards our fur babies deserve. “We brought our American Bully pup BRK'S CLYDE up here to get his ears cropped. We saw Dr. Brown he took his time with us cared about how we wanted them done and the pup just loved him. Dr. Brown shared with us to give them time to heal prior to surgery which I'm glad he did, they looked messy when we first saw him our other pups were done out of state and never had the scabby build up to remove or wore a collar for 14 days, but we followed his recommendations nows Clyde's ears look like perfection!!!!! We are very pleased with his ears thank you Dr. Brown and staff for taking wonderful care of our baby boy he looks great and had no trauma from this experience.”
