“I had a pretty good experience at the Dollar Tree located at 7 Rend Lake Plaza in Benton, IL. The store was very organized, which made it easy to find what I was looking for without having to spend a lot of time searching. Shelves were well-stocked, and the layout was clean and simple. The employees were friendly and polite, which added to the positive atmosphere. There were a few carts with boxes sitting in some of the shopping aisles, but it wasn’t too big of a deal, just something to watch out for while walking through. The only major downside was the bathroom. It was extremely dirty, the toilet made strange gurgling noises, and the floors were badly stained. It definitely could use some attention and cleaning. That part of the visit was disappointing, but overall, the shopping experience itself was pleasant. If they cleaned up the restroom, it would make a big difference. Still a solid place to grab affordable items quickly.”

West Frankfort probably has the nicest, and most well-kept dollar tree around - and nice people too.
I thought to post this, when yesterday, I pulled into another Dollar Tree - and the stark difference was obvious. The only positive was their carts could take stuff to the car. Weird.
I think I will keep those quick runs - local.

“Just like any other dollar general only thing that changes are the faces and the attitudes. Couldn't find an empty cart, the employees had stuff in them so I had to use a basket which limited my buying.”

“Its one of my favorite Dollar general they are pretty much always stocked up on merchandise on the shelves they seem to have a lot more to choose from than other DG stores”
