Worst worst worst place to go for dental issues. Rescheduling is a frequent game they like to play last minute, sometimes THE DAY BEFORE appointments. My girlfriend has multiple fillings done by Dr James Burris, one of them is quite sloppy however one "filling" had a hole still drilled out, unfilled, clearly visible behind her teeth which is actually growing. The next visit she was told 'if it doesn't hurt it's fine' by a nurse who practically ignored her about it being a problem. Also the nurses love to talk and not pay attention to their patients and it always seems like they rush as fast as possible so they can be done. I know nothing is perfect and 100 percent what you ask for, but we as people expect care and good care when care is needed. Thanks
-update: two months after an appointment to get two fillings, now she's experiencing pounding pain and pressure in one of the fillings that was done with nothing visually wrong with it.
EDIT- three months later her abscess returned after he told us to remover her off the root canal after her abscess 'healed' from antibiotics and said she no longer needed a root canal and it should be fine. Well now three months later the abscess returned back larger and worse than the first time, so why would she be removed if you're supposed to get the abscess removed after the antibiotics? Today it burst and leaked pus everywhere and now we are awaiting a new appointment after another set of antibiotics which I'm thankful was issued.

If this wasn’t the only dentist to take Franklin county Medicaid then I’d be finding somewhere else immediately. I am a dental assistant who just moved here from Colorado, working mainly in pediatrics for the past 4 years and I’m honestly appalled by the moods of the staff in the back. I understand not wanting to traumatize my kid and all, but she was going to be fine if you had just pushed through with her prophy. Not only did the dr not try very hard to talk to me or my child they didn’t talk to me for more than 45 seconds. I could tell that the hygienist was very tired with me trying to push her to brush my child’s teeth. The one person who I would give 5 stars to is the one who held my 6th month old during the appointment and talked to me like a person.

I had to choose 1 start in order to write the comment but zero stars for the dental side. Rescheduled my kids appointment twice. Coming from marion , I showed up at 8:11 with the window time being 10 minutes. Over 1 minute they refused to help. Again, I understand I was running behind, however over 1 minute the head lady in the office got rude with me.. She denied me access to file a complaint on her due to the way she was talking to me. She told me they dont have complaint forms and if I wanted to write a complaint she would be more than happy to turn it in for me. No thanks. I then asked if there was anyway I could turn it in myself, she rolled her eyes went back to call someone and came back to me with a sticky note with an email on it. Funny this is the email is not correct and accurate. It's her bosses email that she works with and I feel she purposely spelt her name wrong to detour my complaint. I am not one to get on and post comments like this, however that woman is absolutely unprofessional and especially to be working at a dentist around a bunch of children? No thanks. We won't be back. Have been going to rea clinic for over 10 years but you just lost us. We will follow dr khrystie as she is the only reason we came there to begin with.

Expect hour+ waits and people with appointment times later than you to go ahead of you.

Very discriminatory, the company as a whole. They take most private insurance and Medicaid. But instead of being a first come/first serve basis for appointments, they show preferential treatment to those with private insurance. Seriously, call them for an appointment, first thing they will ask is what insurance you use. If you have private, they'll get you an appointment. If you have medicaid, there's no availability. Pretty much sending out a very loud and clear message that if you have Medicaid for insurance, you're a second rate citizen whose overall health doesn't matter at all. Do better CRHPC! Everybody matters, not just those with private insurance.

The pharmacy is terrible, my husband calls 5 or 6 hours before pick up and then it's still never done. Then you wait in the waiting room forever while all the pharmacists laugh and ignore you.

This is for the Carrier Mills location. I had to switch providers due to change in insurance. The doctor I saw here didn't listen apparently and didnt address all my needs upon first visit. I just changed to a different provider to get all of the care I need. I can't see someone I have no faith in to care for my medical needs.

I got sent here because my actual doctor was booked, and i will say the WORST doctors office i have ever been too. I felt like they were more concerned on just getting me out instead of actually examining me. The doctor was extremely rude and didn't even seem interested with what was going on with me. Sat in there for over an hour just to basically get told go buy some tylenol at the store. Didn't even help me at all. Waste of time and gas. I would not suggest going here. Would give zero stars if i was able. Rude and unprofessional all around!!

My kids really like their doctor here. I can usually get them in the same day if an illness pops up. Kinda felt like I lived there for a while, but everyone is very nice & kind. Haven't had a bad interaction there.
