I got sent here because my actual doctor was booked, and i will say the WORST doctors office i have ever been too. I felt like they were more concerned on just getting me out instead of actually examining me. The doctor was extremely rude and didn't even seem interested with what was going on with me. Sat in there for over an hour just to basically get told go buy some tylenol at the store. Didn't even help me at all. Waste of time and gas. I would not suggest going here. Would give zero stars if i was able. Rude and unprofessional all around!!

My kids really like their doctor here. I can usually get them in the same day if an illness pops up. Kinda felt like I lived there for a while, but everyone is very nice & kind. Haven't had a bad interaction there.

If I could give 0 I definitely would. DO NOT recommend. They like to cancel and reschedule your appointments. And say you have canceled. I have never once cancelled. My kids need to be seen. They tried to say my son was not a patient even though he has been there on multiple occasions. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Denistry: Unethical and corrupt.Made a dental appointment for my 10yr old son in January for May. Got a call a week before his appointment saying that it needed to be rescheduled for June 15th. Then another call a week before the appt saying that they were no longer accepting new patients. I asked for some clarification and was told that they were canceling the appointments of Medicaid recipients to increase profit margins and that Aetna didn't pay the same percentage as private insurance! Um, what?! So essentially they made multiple appointments and then systematically disposed of children on state insurance. If that wasn't abhorrent enough- they sent a "resource guide" to add insult to injury. A pathetic list of clinics that were either unrealistic distances without missing work or also "not accepting new patients".Dr. James Burris and CHRPC are exactly what's wrong with this state's healthcare system. I urge everyone who has been strung along by this facility to file a formal grievance.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They will continue to reschedule your appointment without calling you and then saying they are not taking new patients.

Worst dental practice ever ! I called 4 month ago to get my 3 kids in only to get a call today to say that the appointment was cancelled. And now because they are new patience they can’t be even there ! Wow makes a lot of sense

Waiting several months to get my daughter in the dentist....then get a call saying the dentist is resigning.....wow that place can't keep a dentist....also a referral for a dentist in Chicago.....not happy at all!!!

I am extremely happy with the amazing care that my son Maddox received today at the Dental center. Dentist Travis Cripp and his dental assistant took very good care of my son during a Removal of a Baby tooth . They made sure he was comfortable and not scared . This was by far the best dental experience I’ve had for my son. He didn’t complain of any pain or being uncomfortable while the procedure was taking place and he even said as we got to the car I hope I can have him as my dentist forever because he made me happy and not hurt . So thank you for the best care.

I attempted to schedule a covid vaccine at the Benton location, was told to go to the Christopher location. Explained that due to lack of transportation (no public transit here and don't have a car) I couldn't make it that far. I was told by the friendly staff that there was a possibility that they could get some sent over and would call Monday. Got a call Friday that due to not enough interest (guessing because thay refer all calls for tha vaccines to the Christopher location) so it looks like I won't be able to get it and won't be seeking medical treatment at the office either.

The pharmacist does not know what she is doing. My dr faxed a prescription straight to the pharmacy and she stated she had to make sure the prescription is legit and she had to call my previous pharmacy to make sure i have the prescription filled before. She needs to go back to college and i will be reporting her to the board.
