Today in the morning an employee who, instead of answering us well and that she was just waiting for her arrival, the first thing she told us was to get out of the side parking lot because they could give us a ticket where none of us who stopped saw another sign. It's rather uncomfortable to pass by in the mornings and see that area always full of delivery trucks. You better have told us that if you park, the delivery trucks won't be able to get in that place. Now both the lady who was there and I were in a hurry, it wasn't in a hurry. that we were going to
Staying there for hours rather than having the trucks unload their products to stop in the alley. That happened at 7:00am today.

If I could give no stars I would but on august 15th around 235 ish pm I went to 711 with a emergency cause I didn’t have my phone I ask the young lady behind the counter could I use the phone cause I wanted to call 911 and the young white or Hispanic lady said they didn’t have a phone so I’m like can I at least use your cell phone to call 911 and her and the other white lady was just looking at each other dumb founded then I turn to a white customer who was standing in line asking him could I use his phone to call 911 but I feel just cause I was black I wasn’t able to get anyone to let me use they phone and I was in a emergency situation where my phone was tooking away from me when I was trying to call 911 but thank GOD the nice Hispanic mailman who was sitting outside talking on his cell phone in his mail truck interrupted his own phone conversation to let me use his cell phone to call 911 bad service for 711 never know what could have happened to me you guys need to rethink your training in a situation like that what if the trouble followed me in the 711 behind me would you have called 911 then but just cause I was black I guess I deserve the rude treatment I will never shop this 711 store

Went to the store in the afternoon and some short rude girl with an orange beanie attended me. No greeting or no thank you!! My total was $16.02 and I told her I had the two pennies and she refused to take them so I could have my exact change!

Best service I received was when the employee Steve was there in the shift. Always provides the best quality service with the best coffee. Always the go to 7-11 regardless of what area. This is what 7-11 stores should work towards to.

Too often there is no coffee available. Also the ice coming out of the machines has dirt or particles of some kind in it.
