They tow me dec 6 . They gave me the wrong information on a receipt . I call to see if they would sen me the right one. Some one answer and said they would sen it and never did. (My insurance was asking for it. Check the reviews before using them. Don't use their towl truck. They will charger you more and not give you the right paper for the insurance.

I had an excellent experience at OK Towing & Tire when I hit a pothole and blew a tire late at night. Thankfully, they were open until midnight, which was a lifesaver! I called ahead, and the staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. They quickly got me in and had me back on the road in no time. The convenience of being able to get my tire fixed after hours was a huge relief. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quick, friendly, and reliable service!

I wish I could give them a negative 10. They bent the key to my cousin's car so she could not use it. They act like they don't understand English but understand when I call the police. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! SCAMMERS!

5 stars isn’t enough. Needs a million.
My tire popped on 39th Cicero. I was sent off by other shops around so I thought that I was doomed. Until I called them. Was surprised that they offered towing (which was swift. Faster than AAA and roadside assistance)
When we arrived, my lug nut key was stripped. So he worked effortlessly trying to get it out to get me a new tire. He didn’t give up and got it off. Best service I’ve ever had.
To quote my favorite Sports Analyst Harry Douglas “That Boy BAD!!!!”

I had a really frustrating experience at A OK Tires in Cicero. My tire pressure warning light turned on, so I brought my car in hoping they could help. When I arrived, my tires just needed air, but they didn’t even bother to measure the tire pressure before jumping to the conclusion that I only needed air. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was completely ignored. Five cars that arrived after me were taken care of first, and they all had either a flat tire or needed a tire replaced. It seemed like they prioritized customers with more complex issues who were likely going to spend more money. When I finally asked about it, the worker told me they couldn’t put air in my tires because they were “too busy.” He also mentioned that the light likely came on because it’s cold. It seems odd that a tire shop can't spend a couple of minutes to add air to tires, especially when it's part of the service they provide. I couldn’t believe it. I won’t be returning to this place. Terrible service and lack of customer care.
