Yes I recently went too the AMC Cicero 14 Theater. I like the Theater. There wasn't many people in the Theater, and quite. I was able too enjoy, my movie, that I wanted too see Twisters. I actually liked it. But I also saw another movie, Quiet place, at another time. I like that movie too. I was Happy too go too the movies, because I hadn't gone, too movies, in 15 years. You now with kids, its hard too go by yourself. Anyways love going too the movies. Love it.

We were standing at the window to take my son to see a movie. We waited patiently. There were 2 workers at the window & another customer behind me & my family.
The 2nd worker who wasn’t doing anything never called us. When it was our turn we walked up to the window & the people behind us walked to 2nd worker who was trying to look fake busy and proceeded to help them.
All the while didn’t address us or help get our tickets. That alone set the whole vibe for my family BEFORE we made it past the ticket booth. Terrible customer service.

The worst experience I have ever had at a theater and that says a lot as I’ve been to many. Very run down and dated theater, but the worst experience was the people screaming, children running around without parents, no sense of respect for others by some very inconsiderate humans. You can spend a little more and go to a luxury theater and have a better experience. Our tickets were refunded after speaking to a manager that was clearly not trained in customer service or didn’t care. Will never go to this AMC theater again and would advise others consider another location.
