It's about to be a month of not resolving anything regarding the delivery receipt request I've made. I expect an adjusted bill or a call from someone immediately. I was told this would all be resolved by 11/19. NO ONE has followed up with me. I have been calm and patient on every phone call with every one of your representatives. This has never been a problem before. The company has always been able to send me all delivery receipts EXCEPT these last two months. How do I know the deliveries are actually being made??? I would give 0 stars right now but I don't have that option. If you're not able to provide proof of delivery adjust the bill. How does it take a month to gather this information when it seems like there's deliveries being made every other day??? What's the issue???

Terrible... I sent my order more than a week ago and they don't come... but the money was charged the next day.. and paid for a service that I didn't get.. I've been without gas for 4 days... TERRIBLE

Under the terms of our contract, there were certain fees that should have not been charged on an invoice from September, 2022. I spoke to the your rep and he said he is working on removing them and to just pay the invoice, net of these fees that should have never appeared on the invoice. So, we submitted payment, the account was credited by the amount of the payment, BUT THE FEES ARE STILL ON THE ACCOUNT AND THE ACCOUNT IS NOW ***IN COLLECTIONS***. What kind of company are you people running? Where is your coordination within the billing department and your representatives? Your company is awful....please remove my account from collection. Thank you

Worked for the company started in Jan 2021This is the worst customer service set up I have ever seen customer are just transferred with out warning from the overseas people they have sourced out to. Lies told about service dates and delivery dates told someone would call them back when no one ever dose. They Never pick up tanks the billing is a mess customer don’t get bills unit they are already late. Don’t ever use a electronic check it will get returned NSF and all they tell the customer is it is the banks fault. When Amerigas don’t even process the check. SAVE YOURSELF FIND A LOCAL COMPANY. All these Reviews are TRUE!!! Worst company to deal with and work for.

The location are closed to the public. You have to deal with the call center oversea if you want to talk to someone. Good luck understanding them. They are understaffed so delivery get skipped or missed. You have to order weeks in advance to makes sure you get your delivery and then it is hit or miss.

How is this place still in business? Does not show up when they are supposed to. Completely shut down our business. Tried calling several times with no help and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me.

Honestly this company doesn't even deserve one star. We have paid and then they "Forgot" to take the money out and kept hitting us with late fees until we called and had to speak with a manager. During covid-19 we have NOT been able to get in touch by phone, email or chat with anyone. It's like your completely helpless and winter is coming and you cannot even get filled up unless you pay 500 dollars. Honestly the worst company ever and should be reported.
